Metro Watch Company currently only accepts US-based Paypal account payment. At
this time we are not able to accept checks, money orders, or any other payment
methods. We do not accept payments from International Paypal accounts. No exceptions. Having problems paying with Paypal? Contact Paypal customer service and they will assist you with all your payment issues and errors.
Sales tax will be calculated
based on the ship-to address on the order, and will include state and local
sales taxes where applicable. Metro Watch Company is required by law to collect
sales tax in all states except Alaska. Metro Watch Company does not recognize or accept jewelry tax licenses as a tax exemption.
All our watches are first quality, BRAND NEW and shipped directly from the manufacturer. All sales are final. However, in the event that you receive damaged or defective merchandise or merchandise that you did not order, a Metro Watch Company return authorization number must be obtained from customer service within 7 days of receipt of the product or the return will not be honored.

returning a defective or damaged watch.
Payments are due within 5 days of auction closing. Any
unpaid items will be removed from your order and re-listed. If you win and fail
to pay for your item you will be in violation of eBay's Unpaid Item Policy and
subject to account suspension by eBay. Metro Watch Company will file an Unpaid
Items Dispute with eBay for all non-paying bidders.
If you pay with Paypal via e-check, we will process
and ship your order once we receive notification that the check has cleared.
Metro Watch
Company currently only ships within the United States. No exceptions to
this rule will be made.
To avoid shipping delays, your Paypal address must
match your eBay address that they have on file. If they do not match, we will
contact you to confirm the address. We will not ship your order until we have
received confirmation of the shipment address from the customer. Want your item shipped to a different address? Not a problem. Just make sure b oth your Paypal and eBay address match and then specify the new address in the notes section of your Paypal payment.
Shipping charges vary by the item and are reflected
in each listing. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for your Metro Watch Company
order to be processed and shipped. Metro Watch Company does not deliver outside
the United States or to Puerto Rico.
We now can combine shipping on multiple items purchased from the same brand. The shipping cost is the full listed rate for the first item and half off that rate for each additional item purchased. If purchasing in bulk (5+ items), please contact us and let us know. We can give you further discounted shipping rates.
We offer UPS shipping to all our customers at great rates. Most eBay watch sellers charge at least $7+ for their shipping. They usually use USPS which is untrackable and much slower than any of the UPS services that we provide. We offer the lowest possible rates to all our customers to make sure you are getting the best deal possible. Not only on your watch, but on your shipping as well. All while having the benefits of quick, trackable delivery! Customers
can choose from UPS Ground, 2nd Day or Next Day Air Saver. However, Michele
Watches are only shipped Next Day Air Saver Insured. We no longer require signature
confirmation for delivery. However, Metro Watch Company strongly recommends
that the buyer has a adult over the age of 18 at home
upon delivery to ensure safe delivery of the product.
UPS does not ship to PO Boxes, so we cannot
accommodate those requests. If you send us an address with a PO Box, we will
contact you and ask that you provide us with a confirmed address. We will not
ship the order until we hear back from you.

contact you within two business days of your inquiry. Metro Watch Company has a policy that we do not sell our products to anyone if we are aware that they have had a Vero complaint filed against them related to any of the brands that we carry. Metro Watch Company gets numerous e-mails each day asking if we have other styles in stock than what we have listed. Because of this, we do our best to ensure that we always have our full inventory listed for our customers. We are always adding new styles, so check back often! Slight color deviation from the pictures we use versus the actual product delivered is normal. The lighting used in the photos we use can occasionally slightly alter the shading of the watch.
Metro Watch Company automatically e-mails the
tracking numbers to all its customers after shipment has occurred. Please only
e-mail us after the allowed 5 business days we have to process your order for your
tracking number requests.
In the event that you receive a watch with a dead
battery, please change the battery and fax us a copy of the receipt to (972) 744-8379. We will
refund the cost of the change back to your Paypal account. If the watch is still dead, please return the changed battery and contact us for a return if it has been within 7 days of receipt. If it has been longer, all our watches are under their full warranty and the watch can be sent back to the Metro Service Center to be repaired under warranty. If you purchase a RELIC watch and need extra links, you can
receive up to two free by contacting RELIC customer service at 1-800-699-3948.
They can also assist on any repairs or dead batteries you may have in the
future.

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective watch,
please contact us first. We will
send you a prepaid UPS return label for you to return the product back to us for either a return or exchange. We can only issue a return or exchange if the request is made within 7 days of receipt of the product. For returns, we will send you an eBay form that removes you from the transaction. This form is sent to ensure that eBay does not think your delinquent in payment.You must accept this form before we will issue you a refund, no exceptions. Please allow us up to 7 business days to process your return and issue your refund back to your Paypal account. We do not offer store credit or gift certificates. Additionally, we do not accept buyer's remorse returns. If for some
reason we deem the watch to not be damaged or defective, we will refund your Paypal account less the
cost of the initial shipping shipping charge you selected plus a 25% restocking fee. If you decide you would like to exchange the watch, we will send you a prepaid UPS return label for you to send the watch back to us. Once you have sent the watch back to us, please send us a message and let us know. Please also include the tracking number from that prepaid label. Once we can confirm the watch is in transit back to us, we will ship you the replacement watch at our cost. Exchanges will only be offered for the exact same item that was purchased and returned(no band or dial substitutions). If we are out of stock of the item, we will only be able to issue you a return for a refund. If you do not receive your package and your UPS tracking number shows that the item was delivered, please contact us after you have spoken with UPS to see if they can locate your package. We can contact them on your behalf and file a Tracer to have UPS investigate and attempt to verify the delivery of the item. Please make sure you check all around your house and with family, friends,neighbors before you contact us for this option. UPS's investigations typically take 4-6 weeks to complete. We can either ship you a replacement or issue you a full refund only after the invesitgation is completed and UPS is unable to confirm delivery. We do this to attempt to prevent fraud. We apologize for any inconvenience this policy may cause and we ask that you try to be home for delivery to reduce the possibility of stolen packages.
