We must charge a 25% restocking fee on any saleable products that are returned in it's original packaging and condition to us, we will only accept return merchandise for 30 days after customer receipt, and the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

We offer free shipping on a large number of items sold by Miacom, Inc. We ship within 72 hours of payment (excluding weekends). FREE SHIIPING means just that "FREE SHIPPING". We use various carriers for this service and only to the 48 contiguous continental states. Alaska, Hawaii and other US territories, DO NOT qualify for FREE SHIPPING! To keep our costs down, Miacom, Inc. uses the least expensive service provided . This service could take up to 10 days to be delivered & sometimes there is NO tracking number issued. Our automated system will issue you an email with our internal tracking number and date of shipment. On items that weigh over 10 lbs. we use UPS Ground taking up to 7 days for delivery. If this is not to your liking, please call us and pay additional shipping fees for the type of service you desire. There is a very good reson why USPS is called "Snail Service", so please be patient.

All sales come with Miacom specified guarantee unless otherwise noted in the auction. Items listed old as is' or 'no returns do not fall under any guarantee and will not be granted an authorization number for a return unless damaged in shipment. It is the buyer responsibility to contact us within the first 3 days of receipt of the item for any defective items, incorrect items, or any other concerns with our products that may require a return authorization number (RMA). All returns must be accompanied by a RMA number. Any item returned without one will result in no refund given or replacement sent. All our shredders will accept an occasional staple or paper clip without doing any damage to the mechanism. Testing the limits of any mechanical device will eventually cause it to fail. There is NO commercial paper shredder manufactured that will shred a handfull of paper clips or a box of 5000 staples. Don't believe all the fellowes you run into. If common sense & good office practices are used, this unit will last for a very long time.
