Payment:

• Paypal Payments Only.
• Payment is Expected within 7 Days of end of Auction.
• If you cannot make payment on time please let us know so we can make other arragements. (We will be more than happy to work with you). 

Shipping:

• Most items ship within 24 hours of payment with the exception of weekends and holidays
• Custom Woodcraft Orders may take up to 3-5 days before shipping depending on item, quantity, detail and so on.
• Most of our shipping is done using USPS Priority Mail. Smaller items will ship first class mail and Large Heavy items will ship UPS.
• If you would prefer a shipping service not listed Please contact us for rates.
• Please keep in mind that we do our best to ship your item(s) as fast as possible, we do not control how carriers hand the packages or how fast they deliver them. Weekends and Holidays may slow delivery times.

International Shipping:

I can Ship outside the US. International Buyers please contact me for Shipping Charges.  We are not Responsible for additional Costs/Shipping Charges by Customs*** Shipping Charges listed are for US only.

Returns:

Contact us by email before returning any item

• Returns are accepted on most items within 7 days of delivery date and must be returned in the same condition as they are were received In its original package for full refund.
• All Sales are final on Custom/Personalized Work unless there is an error on our part.
• Return Shipping Charges are not refunded. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
• No refunds unless item is returned

• As stated above we do our best to ship your item(s) as fast as possible, we do not control how carriers hand the packages or how fast they deliver them. Weekends and Holidays may slow delivery times.

• If you are not satisfied please contact us before leaving Negative feedback. Most issues can be easily resolved.
