I try hard to locate great items and offer them to you at a below retail price. I offer mostly new items, but do occasionally list a used item.
Feedback Policy:
I will return all positive feedback in a timely manner after all transactions are complete. I have automated settings that help me complete this quickly for all my wonderful customers!
Other Policies:
Sorry but these are the Rules: I will not replace lost items if you do not purchase insurance. Since I don't have any control over the post office it really isn't fair for me to have to replace them. I always send out a shipping notice to let you know when your items were sent. If you use spam blockers I would suggest adding me to your safe list or just add the domain @mse-eng.com (this is a better idea since I send things from multiple address' and I own this domain). I send the email to the paypal email address if you pay with paypal and to the ebay email address if you send me money.
Shipping and handling fees vary so please read each auction.
I will ONLY ship to one address per transaction, so please don't buy four things and email me with four different address' to ship them too. If you really need things to ship to different address' then buy one thing and checkout. Buy the next and checkout again and so on. Please make sure you email me with the address and put it in the comments in the Paypal transaction.
PLEASE, PLEASE make sure your address is current before you bid as the post office takes forever to forward anything. Sometimes you won't even get it and I don't replace... so it is in your best interest to make sure your account is up to date. I will not accept payments from any account that does not have a registered address (yes I have had people without address' buy things and not send me an address for weeks and then ask ME where their items are!).
Why all the rules? To avoid confusion and misunderstandings. I honestly care about all my customers and want to make them happy but I do have to draw the line somewhere if I want to stay in business and keep my prices low. If you don't agree with any of these policies, please don't bid.
If you have left Negative or Neutral feedback for any other seller in the last 6 months, please do not bid without contacting me. I wish to educate eBay buyers on what is a sellers fault and what is out of our control prior to doing business. Thanks for understanding.
International sales here on eBay have been reopened. I WILL NOT use Priority flat rate envelopes or 1st class mail as they are untraceable and not insurable. Fine for you, until it disappears and you file a Paypal claim, then I lose. No thanks. I will use Priority and flat rate Priority Boxes. Yes, this is expensive but safe. Save yourself cash on shipping by filling a box with some friends.
