world wide via USPS International Priority Mail.

Shipping Methods

We ship USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail
in the
United States
as weight allows.
UPS for oversized or extremely heavy items.
UPS is always an option for any order, should that be your chosen
option.

We ship USPS International Priority Mail outside of the
United States.
Outside of the
United States, buyers are responsible for
any duties, tariffs or other fees that may be applicable
for their country or province.
We do ship
via APO and FPO
Insurance is optional but recommended, as we cannot be held
responsible for loss or damages incurred from the carrier
while in transit.
We ship on Tuesdays and Fridays (except holidays).
Your order
will ship the next shipping day after your payment has been received.
We do not ship any package until payment is made and has cleared.
Transit Times
We currently ship twice a
week, Tuesdays and Fridays.
Orders are shipped out in the next shipping day after payment
has been received and cleared.
Transit times are provided by the carrier and exclude weekends and holidays,
and may vary with package origin and destination.
We do not control any aspect of transit once a package has been shipped.
Please allow a reasonable amount of time for your order to arrive.
Remember - transit times increase during peak shipping seasons,
such as holidays.
Please plan ahead for these times, and allow
sufficient time to receive your order!
Returns and Refunds

Refunds will only take place if a product is defective.

If an item states there are no refunds in the listing, no refund will be given.

Clearance items cannot be returned or replaced.

Should an item prove to be defective need to be returned, please contact us right away.
We will issue a Return Authorization number.
Items returned without an authorized RA# will not be accepted.
Returns must be authorized - you can do so simply by emailing us.
No refunds will be issued until the returned item has been received.
We have a track
record of secure, safe, outstanding service.
We do our best to make everyone happy, but that is not always the
possible.
If for some reason, you are not happy with your order, please contact us
first before
leaving feedback. Please allow us a chance to work with you first to
resolve any issues.
