Within two business days after payment has been received, we will ship the item. We ship Monday through Friday using either United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. Please note that USPS is our primary carrier. We ship to all 48 contiguous states in the United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Internationally to Canada. We do our best to provide accurate and detailed information about every item we sell and desire to provide strong customer satisfaction with a positive experience for our customers. Returns will be accepted 3 calendar days after the date on the delivery confirmation as a refund on "Used" or "New" auction/store listings if we misrepresented the item. If you are concerned with items being damaged though shipping, we offer optional shipping insurance on all our auction/store listings. If the auction/store listing does not offer a refund, this refund policy will not be in effect. Returns will be accepted as an exchange for the same item (SKU #) up to 3 calendar days after the date on the delivery confirmation for manufacture defect. If no item is available to provide an exchange, a store credit will be issued. This credit will not applicable for any auction listings.

We will not accept returns on any opened media (DVDs, CDs, Blu-Ray, etc.), opened video games (WII, Play Station, XBOX, etc.), or opened software. If this has media has a manufacturer defect, an exchagne will be granted when the item is returned with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please email us to obtain a RMA number before shipping your item.
