We've decided to become lean and mean! Have considered the options, evaluated our assets and decided that it would be easier to shed the extra weight around our house rather than the weight around our middles. ;)
We Recycle, Reuse and Renew
Have decided that we are a society of overconsumers and we could be the worst offender! Just love garage/estate sales and we are firmly convinced that other people's junk HAS to be better than our own!
We recycle as much as possible. All auction items are sent in recycled packaging materials whenever possible. Do you have any idea of the half life of a styrofoam peanut???? I also believe in keeping costs as low as possible so I don't have to charge a big handling fee.
POLICY Please understand that this is an AUCTION! We do the very best we can, within our ability, to describe the items the best we can. Very seldom is anything that is old, perfect....those items will be honestly discribed and are being sold as is, the same as most auctions that we are familiar with. If you are picky then you may be better off buying brand new....many of my items have a much loved past...and may have flaws. So please read the discription carefully and ask questions before bidding. If you are sensitive to animals or aromas found in vintage clothing, please do not place a bid. While I make every effort to clean, rebreeze and remove lint, I can't promise my pups have not tiptoed by as I wrapped your goodies up. And since I gather vintage clothing items from many places, I can say most items have been used and worn and had a life before I found them.
GUARANTEE If the item has been misrepresented you will receive a full refund less shipping or compensated in some way. Remember....Buyer remorse is no excuse! Deadbeat bidders will have NPB filed. PAYMENT SHIPPING We prefer Paypal and money orders but do accept checks with the standard "wait to clear" of 10 business days on buyers with feedback less than 30 or with negative feedback.
Items are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment (except checks) We usually send priority mail unless the item is very small (first class mail) or very large (FedEx) Insurance is at your discretion and recommended on glass and all high ticket items. FEEDBACK I don't wait to leave feedback until you leave it first, but I do wait until I know that your package has arrived safely and you are happy with it. At that point, our transaction is completed and I will leave feedback, whether or not you have done so.
