The History of Monkey Stitches, LLC!
Hi Everyone! Thank you for your interest in me and my store! Here is a brief history. I got hooked on eBay and on-line shopping when my son was born. I wished I had something to sell myself and hoped for an on-line store of my own someday.
I had always sewn in the past and started sewing embroidered items and gave them as gifts. Then I started making personalized t-shirts for my son.
I received such a wonderful response from my family and friends that I decided to offer them to the public!
I have lots of artists in my family and like to think this is my creative outlet! For me, it's much more than making someone a shirt...it's a creative process. From manipulating the design on the computer (changing wording, colors, arrangement, etc.), to getting the correct placement on the shirt or other item, to finally stitching the design out using the best in all materials and thread.
I have made many purchases on-line and from other eBay sellers and from these experiences I hope to make my customers' buying experience, simple, professional, quick and as pleasant as possible! I'm a perfectionist and only offer high-quality items and excellent customer service! Quality is very important to me so I use high-quality 100% cotton t-shirts, the highest quality embroidery thread available (that will withstand even bleach) and a strong stabilizer material to maintain the integrity of the design to withstand washing after washing.
I've received many special requests and have enjoyed worked with customers creating custom designs. If you would like an embroidered shirt to show off your kids, business, hobby, favorite pet, or as a truly unique gift for a special person, please ask me about it as I have so many different designs and am unable to list them all.
