1. Do you accept Paypal on-line payments?

Yes, we do accept PayPal payments through the Kyozou Checkout System.

2. What are your payment terms for the item I won on eBay?

1. The auction must be payed within 7 days of the close of the auction.
2. We accept PayPal and Credit Card payments over the phone. Credit cards we accept are Visa, Mastercard, and Discover ONLY. We do not currently participate in the Ebay on-line escrow program.   Our PayPal account is sales@pmibiz.com.  Please send payment to: Money Mart Pawn & Jewelry Internet Sales, 2502 Harry Wurzbach Rd., San Antonio, TX 78209.

3.  I bid on the wrong item, or for some other reason, will not be able to pay for the item I won. What do I do?

eBay has a non-paying bidder policy, but the procedure is primarily intended for dead-beat bidders who were never going to pay for their item anyway. We have our own procedure when circumstances arise that do not warrant an official eBay report. We feel it is fair to both seller and bidder.

In order to mitigate any further actions with eBay against you, we reserve the right to ask you to remit a non-paying bidder relisting fee of $5-15, depending on the value of the item you bid on. The fee will help us with listing fees and commissions when bidders do not pay, along with our time to list and re-list the item. Your cooperation will help keep prices lower in the future.

4. Can I pay for my item over the telephone?

We accept Credit Card payments over the telephone only. Accepted Credit Cards are Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

Please consult the item description and the pictures.  If any accessories are pictured or mentioned in the description, then it is included.

In 99.9% of all auctions, we take a picture of the actual item you will receive. The item description will note otherwise.

Our items are all rated with a condition from our "Condition Scale", located directly above the "Description" section on each of our auction pages.

2. How are my shipping charges calculated?

We currently charge a flat-rate shipping price based on the average price to ship to several large cities within the continental United Sates.

3. If I buy more than one item, do I have to pay two shipping charges?

If you purchase one or more items within the 7 days of the first item to end, you can put the items onto one order form. A discount is usually applied for multiple items being shipped together unless the items purchased can not be shipped in one box. You must contact us through eBay Messages prior to beginning the checkout--we manually configure combined shipping rates if applicable.

4. Can you ship my package via US Postal Service?

We do NOT ship through USPS for an reason and thus cannot deliver to postal boxes of any kind.

5. Do you ship Internationally?

No--we currently do not offer international shipping, though we are able to ship to an alternative address should you have family or friends located within the continental United states. Please confirm the alternative address through eBay Messages. We will then add you to the block exemption, and you will be able to update shipping information during our checkout process.

6. Can I pick the item up and save shipping charges?

We do offer the option to pick the item up. Please complete the Kyozou checkout process and select "local pickup" as your shipping preference. This will allow you to schedule your pickup, which is required. Please bring the eBay Item Number or the Order Number assigned during the checkout. Pickups are available M-F, 9 AM until 4:30 PM CST. Local pickups are subject to Texas sales tax.

7. Is shipping included in the final bid price?

No.  The shipping amount must be paid in addition to the closing price of the auction.

Our feedback is currently handled by our automated system. It will automatically reply to a Positive Feedback received with a Positive Feedback in return. Pleaes contact us if you do not receive a Positive in return. We will be more than happy to manually leave feedback.

2. Is the picture on the auction of the actual item?

In 99% of all auctions, we take a picture of the actual item you will receive. On occasion, we will use a stock picture to represent any items we have multiples of. One example might be Adams Tight Lies, where we have purchased a large quantity that all look the same. On our one of a kind used items, we take a unique picture of the item.

 3. Can you end the auction early for me?

We do not end our auctions early unless there has been an error that we must account for.

4. What if I am the high bidder and the item didn't meet the reserve?

Please contact us at sales@moneymartpawn.com to find out the reserve price. If you are the high bidder, you are under no obligation to buy.

5. Who is responsible for technical issues regarding eBay?
