Thank you for looking at my auctions. I only sell Louis Vuitton under the ID of "MrsTroppo" (Troppo is NOT my last name☺. It's an Italian word, often used in music).

Yes, I have a web shop which eBay allows me to advertise in this "about me" page. What my web shop has is mostly "hard to find" items or large/luggage pieces. It is not an auction site, and everything is sold at a fixed price. Enjoy the tour there ☺.

I have my own philosophy and style of selling used Louis Vuitton. If this is the first time that you look at my items, please know the following:

Please do not ask me to "rate" the condition on a scale. I simply cannot. I inspect each item thoroughly and price them according to the degree of blemishes, so I just can not rate the "overall" condition. I do not insult your intelligence by telling you, "this and that shouldn't bother you" or "nobody but you would know"; you decide if my items are worth what you are willing to pay for them.
I normally do not list items with "major" blemishes, i.e., damaged pocket linings (yes, they are quite major & expensive to repair), broken zippers, severe stains, cracked/torn monogram canvas, etc., and I try to describe the condition as much as I can in the limited space of the auction page. There may be tiny cracks at the fold, especially pieces like wallets which I may handle, and if that's the case, I mention those blemishes and try to capture everything by my camera.
99.9% of what I sell is pre-owned (USED). So please do not expect them to be in a "mint" or "as new" condition.
"Unused" is very different from "Brand New" in my dictionary.
Dust bags, tags, paper bags, and other accessories are not included unless they show in pictures. What you see is what you get. I do not use those accessories only for the photo shooting purposes.
Please do not ask me to close the auction for what you offer. "Reserve" means my minimum price. Closing the auction early is RUDE and UNFAIR to those who watch my auctions, and the only way you can get the auction closed is by the "Buy It Now" price.

I sell ONLY authentic Louis Vuitton. If any doubt, please skip my auctions. I am on the "anti-counterfeit Louis Vuitton campaign" with other reputable sellers, and I am also an authenticator of used Louis Vuitton in the Japanese market. Yes, the Japanese consume more Louis Vuitton more than rest of the world combined, and most of recent fakes (expensive & good ones) are targeted to be sold in Japan.

My eBay Selling Policy & Philosophy:

I've decided to accept credit card payments through PayPal because not everybody is set up to send me Instant Transfer from a bank account. Reluctantly so, as I now have to add a handling fee. I am not happy about it, but if you wish to PayPal me your payment without using a credit card, please let me know prior to making your payment so that I can give you a discount!
CA sales tax applies if you are a CA resident. I can no longer pay it on your behalf without increasing prices. I hate taxes as much as you do, but 7.75% tax is something that the State "must" collect.
I do not require you to to purchase insurance. If you choose not to insure it, you are taking a risk as I have no control or responsibility after I leave the package on the counter at the post office. You are the one who has to pay for insurance, so if you want to take the chance, it's your business.
I really do not believe in selling Louis Vuitton over retail, no matter how rare. My BIN price is just a hair over my reserve normally. But when the BIN disappears after my reserve is met, I have no control over the final price. So please do your homework to know how much the retail price is. If you think my items are worth more than my BIN, I won't argue with you.
When you are the paying party, I'm the first one to leave positive feedback as a form of "Thank you for your business". I leave feedback for every winning bidder. I do not require you to leave me one FIRST, as a form of "Thank you for selling me authentic Louis Vuitton"! I don't argue with sellers who only give customers feedback in return to make sure they don't receive a negative. It's just a difference in opinions, but I find it strange that a cashier at a grocery store expects the customer to say "Thank you" first. If I ever get spacey and forget to leave you feedback, please remind me! I definitely appreciate your reciprocating feedback.
I believe it is my responsibility to be equipped to show you large & detailed pictures. So please put up with "slow loading" auction pages. Please do not hesitate to ask for additional pictures until you feel comfortable bidding on any of my items.

Please visit my Louis Vuitton web site if you are not familiar with fakes VS. real. Even when eBay allows any given auction to run for full 7 days, it does NOT guarantee authenticity. eBay is totally saturated with "guaranteed authentic" fakes (illegal to handle even when the seller is unsure, and illegal to carry it!), and it's no fun paying $400 (even $20) for a fake Vuitton. Those fakes are blatantly sold as "fakes" at swap meets and in other countries for $50 (wallets) to $150 (buckets and other city bags). Many sellers unknowingly sell fakes as authentic just because there is a "Louis Vuitton Paris made in France" stamp (what kind of fakes would NOT have that stamp anyway???) or a faked date code (M61665 or M61725, for example). There is NO Louis Vuitton wholesaler in the world, and their merchandise can only be purchased new at their direct stores. There is NO factory rejects or return items that you can get for less than retail. Absolutely NO "factory direct". If you see an auction with those words or get spammed with "factory direct", ask WHICH and WHOSE FACTORY (better yet, JUST IGNORE). ALL SPAMMERS (unsolicited Vuitton offers) are selling 1000000% fake.

I will be more than happy to help you if you have a question (must be sent after reading the "contact me" page), but please do not ask me to give you a lesson on authentication. It's impossible to do so via emails and without handling hundreds of authentic pieces over many many years. Also I will not share Louis Vuitton's "inside information" either.

Fine Print (You are agreeing to this by placing a bid):
1. Authenticity is always guaranteed. If you have my auction item(s) authenticated, this must be done within 7 days after you receive the item(s). I only accept authentication by a store manager at a Louis Vuitton retail shop. They will NOT give you anything in writing, so if proven unauthentic by a store manager, please email his/her name. Please be sure to leave the manager your name, my name, model name, and the date code (if there is one) so I can call the store to discuss it.
2. Again, 99.9% of my Vuitton items are pre-owned. I cannot predict which stitches may break in 3 months or if the zipper gets sticky after 6 months, or which fabric thread is getting weak, etc. Although I do a very thorough inspection and description at the time of listing, all items are sold as-is. When you buy a used car, you do not complain to the previous owner that the alternator died 3 months after the purchase, do you? Please examine the item(s) thoroughly after you receive them. If there's a major blemish that you feel I overlooked, please contact me with the matter within 5 days. Pictures are left on the server for the inspection period.
3. Please use SquareTrade if there is any dispute to be resolved. If the mediator is to be hired, we'll split the cost. It is my sincere desire that both parties handle the transaction professionally.
4. If you MUST file a Small Claims case against me for any reason, it must be in San Diego County, CA.
