Sales Tax:
If you reside in one of the following states, where we operate a store location, we are required by law to collect sales tax, which is currently collected at these rates: AL 8%, CA 7.75%, CO 8.31%, CT 6%, FL 6.50%, GA 6%, IN 6%, MD 6%, MO 8.60%, MS 7%, NC 7.25%, NV 7.75%, OH 7%, PA 7%, SC 7%, TN 9.50%

Checking Out:
All auctions and purchases will be settled by using the MarketWorks checkout system no exceptions! Using eBay's "Pay Now" option will take you to our MarketWorks checkout system.

You will receive an email with your secure checkout link at the conclusion of your purchase. Once you fill out your checkout page, you will be given a choice of payment options and directions.


Shipping & Handling:
S&H information is listed for each auction on the item detail page. All items shipping via Federal Express automatically include tracking and insurance.
Neither service will deliver to a P.O. Box or a Military APO address. Be sure you provide an actual street address for your shipping address. If you do not provide a street address then shipping will be delayed, extra S&H charges may be required or your order will be cancelled. S&H is not refundable unless we make a mistake with your order. Items cannot be picked up at any of our store locations. They must be shipped directly to you.

Multiple Auctions or Purchases:
We will be happy to combine S&H charges whenever possible. This may not always be the case on large or different type items, due to packing requirements or on items shipping from separate locations. Email us after checking out, but before making your payment, we will adjust the S&H total on your invoice whenever possible. You must checkout for all items at one time to have them shipped together and S&H combined.

Office Hours:
Our office hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM EST Monday - Friday. We are not available on the weekends or on holidays to answer email. All correspondence and shipping will be handled during regular business hours Monday - Friday Eastern Standard Time.

"Buy It Now" and "Fixed Price" items:
These items do not include sales tax or S&H in the fixed price. Buyers are still responsible for any taxes and S&H charges.

Payments Due:
Payment for all items is due within 3 business days of the purchase date. If we have not received payment within that time or made other arrangements with you, we will file a "Non Paying Bidder" warning and begin proceedings to end the transaction without a sale.

We contact every winning bidder by email within 24 business hours of the end of an auction. Most purchases (unless there are questions about S&H) can be paid for immediately by using the MarketWorks checkout link emailed to you. Follow the directions in the email to complete your purchase.

Returns:
Defective CD, DVD, video games, electronics may be exchanged for the same item within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must include all the original packaging materials. Seasonal items such as Halloween costumes, masks, makeup, decorations, etc… are not returnable unless defective and being exchanged for same item. Clothing is not returnable once worn. All returns must be approved in advance. Do not send anything back until you have received directions from us. Email us with any questions, a description of the problem and  include your name and order number.
