| Q: How do I pay for an item I have purchased from Eyewear-Boutique? |
| A: When your auction closes, you will receive a "Winning Bidder Notification" email from Andale stating that you are the winning bidder. The email will contain a link to our Secure Checkout Site where you will be able to enter your information to complete your purchase. This Secure Checkout site will also allow you to securely and conveniently pay for your purchase with your credit cards or PayPal. If you prefer to pay by Cashier's checks or money order, please send your payment to the name and address listed on your invoice. |

| Q: Can I buy your products directly and not go through the auction? |
| A: You can purchase our sunglasses instantly using the "buy it now" option on our Andale Store. |

| Q: How long do I have to pay for an item? |
| A: You will have 7 days from the close of your auctions to pay for your item. If payment is not made after 7 days we will begin our "Non Paying Bidder" reporting process to eBay (for more info please see "What happens if I do not pay for an auction I won?"). |

| Q: What form of payments does Eyewear Boutique accept? |
| A: We accept United States bank issued Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, PayPal, Bidpay or Billpoint. Money Orders and Cashier's Checks are welcome. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks. |

| Q: What happens if I do not pay for an auction I won? |
| A: This creates a large problem for us. Not only have we
invested time and money with our employees to list the merchandise, but eBay charges a commission and listing fee for every closed auction. In order for us to
get a partial credit for these fees from eBay, we must report all bidders that fail to pay for their item(s). When an auction closes, you will have 7 days to pay for your item. If payment is not made in 7 days, we will report you to eBay and they will send you a non-paying bidder alert. If we still do
not receive payment, we then file a Final Value Credit request (FVC) which will cause eBay to black mark your account as a non-paying bidder. This black mark
can result in an automatic suspension of your account. After the Final Value Credit has been filed with eBay all non paid auctions will be relisted and sold to
paying buyers. Your account will also be black listed so that you will no longer be able to purchase from our auctions again. |

| Q: What if I don't agree with the billing charges? |
| A: Our Checkout Program has been completely tested to charge the exact amount of your winning bid plus the shipping amount. If you think we have charged you the wrong amount, please re-check the data on your invoice. If you still think that a mistake has been make, simply contact us and will will resolve the issue ASAP. |

| A: We send all our packages via Federal Express 2-Day Air Services. We charge a fix shipping fee of $15.00 for all shipping in the lower 48 Continental US. |
