SHIPPING:

U.S. domestic orders are normally shipped out within 2-4 business days, Monday through Friday.  International orders take an additional 3 days to process.  Once your order has been shipped, our system will automatically email you the tracking number.  If you do not see our tracking  confirmation email, please check your spam folder or email filter settings.

The listed U.S. shipping cost only applies to 48 continental states. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Island will cost extra. Please email us for exact shipping cost.

We ship worldwide! If you do not see the shipping cost listed for your country, please email us your full mailing address for shipping cost.  All international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duty/taxes in your local country.

RETURN POLICY:

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.  You may return the product within 14 days from original ship date.  In order to keep our prices low, 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.  Please email us us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.  The returning item must be in brand new condition and includes all original packaging & accessories.  We do not accept returns on any product that has been opened or used.
