1. Are Your Products Brand New and Authentic?

Yes, at mysoleprovider all items are new and authentic. Most Nike, Vans and Adidas products are sourced directly from their respective companies. In other cases when buying store close outs. The stores we buy from are reputable and buy their products direct as well.

Occasionally we have the opportunity to sell a quality used item. They are clearly marked as used. These items are also authentic and usually previously owned by someone we know..not just a random item.

 2. Do You Have Other Sizes, Styles and Colors?

We list our items daily and do not stock items that are not listed. Check our auctions often and regularly to get the best selection. Since many of our items are one of a kind, size or style, we may not get more...if you see and like it...buy it. It may not be here tomorrow.

3. Are Your Prices Negotable?

We strive to provide quality items at fair and reasonable price. We compare our prices with original retail, online websites and other ebay auctions. Take into consideration scarcity of the item. We will entertain reasonable offers, but most of our prices are firm.

4. Do You Sell Bulk/Wholesale

We have and will sell in Bulk. Bulk is 10 items or more and at least $500 in value. We do not offer bulk prices on 1 or 2 items so "you can check our items out" There are other restrictions, so please contact us if interested.

5. Do You Have More Pictures?

Most likely not. Most of our photos show the item quite well. Most of our buyers already know what the item is and what they are looking for. More photos of the tags and box to "prove" they are authentic is not likely. Please read our feedback. We DO NOT sell fakes or variants.

6. How Much Is Shipping?

We offer free parcel post shipping inside the USA (remember parcel post is "ground" and does take some time). If you are in a hurry you can upgrade to priority mail (2-3) service for a few dollars more. Our international rates are discounted (the price we charge you is less than we actually pay). The rates should automatically show for YOUR country.

7. Did You Ship My Item Yet?

We strive to ship your item with 24 hours of payment receipt (excluding weekends and holidays). Once we have shipped the item, you will should receive 2 emails. One from ebay stating we have shipped the item, and another from paypal/usps with the tracking number (email address associated with your paypal account). Please check your email filters as this is the general cause of communication problems.

8. When Will I Receive My Item?

Domestic shipping: Parcel post shipping can take upto 9 days depending on your location. Priority mail is usually 2-3 days. International shipping is generally 7-10 days for Global Priority, and 4-5 days for EMS, however; since international shipping is subject to Customs Department delays, it can take longer. Please be patient.

9. Do You Offer Shipping Discounts For Multiple Purchases?

Since shipping in the USA is free this is generally not an issue. For international buyers...YES, we do. We need to know exactly which items as shipping is based on weight. Generally, the first 2 lbs are the most expensive and it doesn't cost a lot more to add each additional pound.

10. Where Do You Ship?

We ship woldwide. However, due shipping restrictions we DO NOT ship to Italy. If your country isn't listed, contact us and we'll get you a quote.

11. Are Your Shipping Rates and Methods Negotiable.

Shipping rates and methods are not negotiable.

12. Do You Allow Local Pickups?

Due to time constrants we have found that this is an ineffecient way to do business, so we do not allow local pickups.

13. Will I Be Charged Customs Fees, Taxes or Duties?

We do our best to minimize these fees, however; this something YOUR country imposes and we have no direct control over it. We DO NOT make money on these fees.

14. What Is Your Return/Exchange Policy?

We are pleased to honor returns and exchanges. Returns and exchanges must be made within 3 days of item receipt.  Please contact us before making the return so that we are expecting it. Otherwise it could get refused.

The item must be in the same condition received..all tags, labels, box etc. intact. There is a 25% restocking fee + any shipping charges if applicable.

The stocking fee will be waived for exchanges, but you will need to include payment so that we can reship your new item.
