not responsible for carrier transit time. This
information is provided by the carrier and excludes
weekends and holidays.
Note that transit times may vary, particularly during
peak periods or inclimate weather conditions, and that
delivery times frames will need to be extended for any
processing time frames in excess of 1-2 business days.

cannot ship on weekends and we do not offer

We
cannot select which shipping company will deliver
your product. This might affect you if you live in a
rural community without certain types of delivery.
We are
not able to combine shipping at this time.
Returns
are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within
14 days from delivery date.
In order
to return an item you must contact us to request a
Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
All
non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a 15%
restocking fee (except where prohibited by law) if
returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box. There is
no restocking fee for damaged or defective products.
Basic
Return Criteria
Your return must include the following or it will be
rejected by our warehouse and returned back to you:

Original packaging

Original shipping label / packing slip
- All
accessories

Manuals, warranty registration, etc.

Unexpired Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number for the correct product. This can be obtained
by you either from our website or from our customer
service people.
- RMA
number written on the outside shipping box or on the
return label. The RMA number must not be written on
the manufacturer's product box.
Basic
Return Processing
- If the
merchandise is returned on time, in like-new
condition, and conforms with the returns policy, then
a replacement order will be prepared and shipped, OR
the purchase price excluding shipping will be refunded
to your PayPal account.
- Please
allow up to ten days from shipment for your return to
arrive at our Returns Warehouse because the delivery
times vary depending upon the shipper.
- Your
return will be processed by the Returns Warehouse
within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and
holidays).
- Risk
of loss for product being returned is yours during
shipment between you, our returns center, distributor,
or manufacturer, or back to you. Title to the product
being returned remains with you until acceptance by
returns center, distributor, or manufacturer.
Special Return Policy
Defective
products can only be returned in exchange for the exact
same product, or at the sole discretion of
Shop-Cloverleaf, the purchase price will be credited to
the credit card used for the original purchase (or, if
possible, through the original payment method such as
PayPal). Defective products may only be returned within
14 days of the date your product left the warehouse
(regardless of when you actually took delivery of the
product).
Once your
return is processed, and is verified to meet the basic
criteria above and to be defective, your replacement
order will be sent to fulfillment. How quickly your
replacement product ships after that depends on product
availability.
For
products that we verify to be defective, we will
reimburse you for your original shipping expenses,
provided that your defective return must be shipped via
ground shipment only. If you return your product via a
faster, more expensive shipper, you incur the expenses
yourself and any request for reimbursement will be
denied.
Shop-Cloverleaf in its sole and absolute discretion
shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in
fact defective.

Do you have more information about this product?
A: Unfortunately, we have no more information
about the product other than what is listed on the
product page.

Is this item new or refurbished?
A: New items are marked NEW in the title or
description. Refurbished items are marked REFURBISHED in
the description.
Q:
What is wrong with refurbished items?
A: Nothing. Qualified technicians inspect,
adjust, and test each product so it is like-new or
almost-new, and up to the manufacturer's standards
before it can be resold.

Do you combine shipping charges or offer discounts on
bulk purchases?
A: Not at this time.

Sales Tax
A: You must pay sales tax if you ship to:
California. By law, sales tax is automatically computed
on products and shipping charges.

I'm out of the country. Can I ship to the US?
A: If your PayPal account is valid, and you ship
to an address within the 48 continental United States,
then you can place an order.
