My Store.....

I'm celebrating 8+ years as a seller on Ebay this year. I continue to strive to give the best customer service possible despite being a one man operation. Please feel free to e-mail me and ask your questions. I'll do my best to answer them in a timely manner.

our business policey.....

All orders are package securely by me so that they have the best chance of arriving to you in good condition. Books, magazines and other items subject to folding are reinforced by adding stiffeners to the envelopes. Shipping is done twice per week (Monday/Friday) unless I'm swamped then its 3 days a week. I strive to get things packed up and out the door once payment has arrived, but there is always the possibility of delays due to weather/health issues, so please feel free to check with me to see if things have gone out on schedule.

International customers: I pride myself on the relations I have build with gamers all across the world. Your orders are just as important to me as the gamers in my own area. If you have any questions about shipping costs for your country please feel free to ask. You should note that Ebay's cart does not usually calculate the correct shipping on multiple items, so please wait for an invoice or consult me first before placing an order. Knowing exactly what you want me to ship you helps greatly to speed this process.

Customers are always asking me if I take Personal Checks and Money Orders. The simple answer to that is YES. I never stopped taking these traditional forms of payment. According to the new Ebay rules I am allowed to accept these forms of payment if you the customer request them, so please feel free to make your requests...

Yes I do combine shipping costs on multiple items. I make my money on the sale not on the shipping and I never have. All I ask for is a fair price for my items and I give a fair shipping prices in return. The many happy customers who have shopped with me over the years are proof of that.
