• Please pay invoice within 7 days of receipt.

• Personal checks must clear before items are shipped.

• If payment or partial payment is not made within 10 days a Non paying bidder report will be filed with ebay followed by negative feedback & item will be relisted. 

• Title of coin(s) / Artifact(s) does not pass until payment is made in full.
   

Credit Terms:
For expensive items, we may grant credit so you can pay in installments, however, you must request permission to do so, before you bid. and a down payment of 50% of the total must be made within 48 hours of auctions closing date.

PAYMENTS:

• We accept personal checks and Money orders.

• Visa & MasterCard accepted through Paypal or our own Merchant account

• Please allow 10 days for personal checks to clear.

• Repeat Customers ship immediately.

• ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE DRAWN FROM U.S. BANK.

• Priority Shipping with Delivery Confirmation. Insurance not included

• Insurance rates are 1.10 for .01-50.00 or 2.40 for 50.01-100

• International orders are subject to higher charges. No Insurance available.

• Articles are only insured by request at cost to buyer.
  For loss or damage we will file your claim with U.S.P.S.

• WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEFT, LOSS or DAMAGE WITH THE POST OFFICE & ENCOURAGE YOU TO USE POSTAL INSURANCE.

  All items are guaranteed to be genuine, forever. If an item is determined to be other than genuine by a recognized authority, or by an authentication service, you will receive your money back -- 100%,  upon receipt of the item and the written statement from the authenticator.

• 10 days return policy if ALL items are returned undamaged and in original package*.

• WE DO NOT REFUND MONIES FOR LOSS, THEFT or DAMAGE OF ITEMS THROUGH THE POST OFFICE. IF INSURANCE REQUESTED AND THERE IS A LOSS, THEFT or DAMAGE WE FILE YOUR CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE & REIMBURSEMENTS WILL BE ISSUED BY THE POST OFFICE

• NO PARTIAL RETURNS

• POSTAGE NOT REFUNDABLE. 
  Free shipping items will be charged 1.00 on returns.
