• We Ship ONLY within the 48 contiguous United States. (for customers who live in AK and HI, please email us so that we can quote you a shipping and handling charge.) We do not ship to PO, APO, FPO boxes.
• We ship via United Parcel Service Ground or Fedex Ground. At our discretion we may use United States Parcel Service (USPS) for some small and lightweight items.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express credit cards. We accept Paypal accounts, credit card or electronic checks via Paypal. PayPal payments may require a confirmed account. We also accept mail-in personal check, business check, cashiers check, and money orders. Personal and business checks may require bank clearing before shipment.
• All items are brand new, unopened, purchased directly from the manufacturer or their distributor, unless specifically stated differently in the item detail page.
• 30 day Defective Exchange Policy - If the item you purchase from Nextpower.com becomes defective within 30 days of purchase, we will exchange for another new item, unless specifically stated differently in the item detail page. If item is no longer available, we will offer a substitute of equal or better value if available, or issue you a full refund of your purchase price. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.

• 14 Day No Hassle Customer Satisfaction Policy - If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item purchased from Nextpower.com, you may return it for a refund, unless specifically stated differently in the item detail page. • Availability: We usually ship within two business days after receipt of your payment. We maintain inventory and constantly have scheduled shipments from suppliers and manufacturers. If we are temporarily out of stock on the item you ordered, or if the item is no longer available; we will contact you via the email address you provided. We will advise you of a delay in shipment, your approval of a comparable substitute (if available), or choice of refund. If the item is no longer available or we do not have available a comparable substitute, we will promptly refund your purchase amount. Refund will be via the same method by which you paid.
