• We ship via United Parcel Service Ground or Fedex Ground. At our discretion we may use United States Parcel Service (USPS) for some small and lightweight items.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express credit cards. We accept Paypal accounts, credit card or electronic checks via Paypal. PayPal payments may require a confirmed account. We also accept mail-in personal check, business check, cashiers check, and money orders. Personal and business checks may require bank clearing before shipment.
• All items are brand new, unopened, purchased directly from the manufacturer or their distributor, unless specifically stated differently in the item detail page.
• 30 day Defective Exchange Policy - If the item you purchase from Nextpower.com becomes defective within 30 days of purchase, we will exchange for another new item, unless specifically stated differently in the item detail page.
