Our packing materials include corrugated cardboard, packing paper, bubble wrap and foam. 99% of our materials are brand new and your items are packed by our staff of professional shippers. Keep in mind that most items do not come in their original packaging and we have to prepare them for shipment so that they will not be damaged. Being a small independent company, these materials and time add up quickly.

With gas prices increasing to an all time high, the charges are being passed down the line to consumers. Fuel surcharges have increased the cost of shipping. We have no control over this.

Please understand that we are not making any profit from shipping items. The cost of shipping is what is charged to us by the carriers (FedEx, USPS). Insurance is automatically provided for the first $100 of value. If your item is greater than $100, the insurance is an additional charge that we apply. The cost of the insurance is minimal compared to the headache of fighting with the carriers regarding damaged items.

All of our items are rated using a point system. Please read the item description to determine the item's cosmetic and functional condition. Refer to the item images to assist you in evaluating the overall condition.

1. NEW. This item is new. You may assume the item is the same as if you purchased it from a retail store.
2. EXCELLENT. Item appears or performs as if it were in new condition, but cannot be rated as new because of missing or incomplete packaging.
3. GOOD. Item is in overall good shape. It performs as expected with little or no problems. Its appearance is used but not abused.
4. FAIR. Item appears worn or heavily used. It functions, but perhaps not to full expectations. May have suffered mild to moderate physical damage.
5. BROKEN. This item does not work. The item does not perform its primary function or it is physically damaged beyond what may be considered reasonable . Item sold AS-IS.
6. UNTESTED. This item is untested. It is neither guaranteed to be functional nor non-functional. We are unable to test this item or do not have the resources to test this item. It is sold AS-IS. If there is a specific way to test an item we will follow your instructions and report the results.

• Packages will be shipped with FedEx. Upon receiving your package inspect the box and merchandise for any damage. If damage is found please contact us immediately.

• Please provide a physical address for shipping, as FEDEX will not deliver to a P.O. BOX.
• All of our listings include a shipping calculator that is located in the "Shipping Info" section of the page. If you are having a problem getting a shipping quote please contact us. We will need your zip or postal code as well as whether your address is commercial or residential.
• For customer arranged freight the customer is responsible for all paperwork. Example the BOL. Please check with your trucking company for guidelines. Freight handling fees still apply.
• International shipments may be subject to additional fees above and beyond VAT and Duty taxes. It depends on your local airport and/or country and is your responsibility.
• Pick-Ups are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Please note Local Sales Tax will apply to all pick-up orders unless you present a tax-exemption certificate. We request that all pick-ups be made be made within 14 days of the end of auction
• If you have a different mailing address than your billing address, or any special shipping instructions, please submit these in the Kyozou checkout system.

• We accept Pay Pal, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express
• We use the services of Kyozou Online Marketplace to manage our e-commerce transactions. This includes shipping, pickup, payment, and taxes.
• Payment is due within 7 days (including holidays and weekends) from the close of the auction -- NO EXCEPTIONS. If there is no communication within 7 days, eBay will be contacted concerning legal action to follow.
• Ohio buyers will pay 6.5% sales tax, unless you provide a tax exemption certificate.
• Non-Paying Bidders who do not make payment within 7 days of the listing ending will receive an Unpaid Item Case; which may lead to an Unpaid Buyers Strike on your account directly from eBay.
