How will my item be sent?
About 99% of our items are sent with USPS First Class or Priority Mail. If you have a day that you need an item by please email us and we can make sure that you receive it by the desired date. If your order is too heavy to be sent with USPS it will be sent with UPS.
When will we leave you feedback?
When you receive your items please leave us feedback to let us know that you have received the package. As soon as we have received feedback we will leave it for you.
What if I have a problem with my order or an item?
We are an authorized R/C dealer and everything we sell is covered by full manufacture warranty.
When will my email be answered?
We answer all emails within 24 hours.
If I'm paying with a money order what do I need to include?
If you're paying with a money order please make sure to INCLUDE the item number,
shipping address, and email address with your payment. If you include
these with your payment it will insure that your order is processed quickly and
in the mail to you.
