How Quickly do you ship?
I ship every day, Monday through Friday. Typically, I pack up in the early evening for the next morning, so you can expect it to be sent out the next mailing day after payment

I am interested in more than one item, do you combine shipping?
Yes. I usually give a 50% discount on S&H for additional items. For scrubs singles, I give a better discount which is in the auction listings. For very large/oversized auctions, check with me first.

When buying more than one item, how and when should I pay?
Please contact me when you are finished and I will send you a complete total for you to make one payment. Please do not pay for each item individually, as Paypal charges a fee for every payment.

I am interested in your random lots, but my work requires me to wear navy blue. Can all the tops be navy blue?
I really like blue scrubs, can you try to include some blue tops in the random lot?
I have already bid on your random lot of scrubs, I would like 2 to be pink, 2 to be green, 1 to be orange, and 1 to be lilac.
I've seen all these questions and more. I get my scrubs randomly and can never predict what colors I will have available at a given time. If you have color requests, I will listen to them and do everything I can to match them, but I am not able to guarantee colors. The pictures are a good representation of what to expect if you make no requests.

My scrubs come in varying materials. Some are very thin. Some are very thick. They start like that. I do not keep any that are very worn out. If I don't hear otherwise, I try to include a variety.

I am interested in buying random lots of tops and bottoms. Can you match them?
Whenever someone buys both tops and bottoms, I do everything I can to match them. Please understand that I typically do not advertise nor sell my scrubs as "sets" for two reasons. First, I get my scrubs very randomly and do not pick and choose the colors I receive. Thus, sometimes I have a lot of similar colors, sometimes I have nothing close. Second, even when I do have a top and a bottom that are both ceil blue, since my scrubs are all different manufacturers and ages, they do not always match perfectly. Since I know the degree of "matchingness" is a personal opinion, I simply promise to do my best every time with what I have, but cannot make any guarantees.

I am looking at one of your scrubs singles. It says "Good" condition. What does that mean?
I rate my scrubs in a non-scientific manner:
Brand New
Near Mint
Excellent
Great
Good
Fair
Poor
Terrible

I also list any specific flaws I have found. The condition is generally ignoring these flaws. In other words, if it has a small pen spot on it, but is otherwise in excellent shape, I would mention the pen spot, photograph it, then label it, Excellent condition
I don't really have specific criteria that causes a scrub to fall into a specific category, but rather more of a feeling. I look at 1000's of scrubs each week, so I have a pretty good idea of how they compare to each other.
I never list "poor" or "terrible" scrubs.

I received my scrub today, and there's something wrong with it that wasn't disclosed in the auction!!
I handle everything on a case by case basis, but typically, you can always return anything for a full refund. I want every customer to be satisfied. If they aren't, then they shouldnt be forced to keep something they don't like
