We have always only charged actual shipping costs, usually with no handling or packing fees, but due to EBay’s new rules regarding insurance we may add a small handling fee to cover the cost. Our items are always well packed when shipped but we may need to include insurance with delivery confirmation depending on the price and fragile nature of the item. Thanks for understanding.
Always check the very bottom of the description page for additional added information on each item, or questions and answers from other eBay members.
Payment
We accept payment though PayPal but if you have a problem with payment please contact us, we are always willing to work out any snags. We ship most of our items ASAP usually within three days of payment; it may take as long as five days to ship after payment when times are busy, exceptions would also be heavy items or odd sizes. We are rural and do not have mail service at our location they will not pick up or deliver. This means a special trip to the post office and we try to take as many packages as possible! We request that all payments be received within 3 days of the auction closing.
We do not accept returns from international buyers no matter what the reason, please ask any questions before you bid and buy.
Shipping & Delivery
Please use the shipping calculator to calculate shipping to your location if there is no cost for shipping stated in the listing; if the listing contains a flat rate for shipping, DO NOT use the rate calculator. The shipping calculator doesn't take into consideration the size of the box so if it's a large item PLEASE WAIT FOR THE INVOICE from us to pay. We always combine items when shipping but again..please wait for an invoice to pay; so we can get the correct and discounted shipping cost to you.
If you feel the shipping calculated is incorrect; please email us and we will check the weight of your item. We often pre-weigh our items unpacked without the shipping box. Please email us if you need additional information or have questions about shipping costs. We use new packing materials but also recycle boxes for odd size items! If there are mistakes made with weight we usually return you overages on your shipping charges.
Terms & Conditions
Most of our items are from estate purchases and sales or auctions and usually are antique vintage or used items. This means they are often not perfect. Although we carefully inspect and do not sell damaged unless a collectible is still valued with the flaws or may be repaired. So we try to describe our items carefully and to the best of our knowledge. We point out any cracks, chips, paint wear, etc. All items are sold "as is", please read the description and ask any questions via e-mail us before you bid. We do not sell subject to confirmation and all sales are final. In the event that an item was described improperly contact us within 3 days of receiving your package and we will review returns on a case by case scenario. Buyer pays shipping charges back and will not be reimbursed, so please bid accordingly.
We are easy to work with and would like your buying experience to be a good one! Always check an item description for additional shipping or condition information. If your item is insured has been damaged during shipping notify us; we will send you the insurance claim slip. Do not throw the box or packing material away. Take the box, item and claim slip to your post office; it is their job to help you with the damage claims if you need help.
