Please review my terms of sales and return policies
SALES:
All goods are sold FOB Westbury, NY. All good are sold "as is" including refurbished/demos/reconditioned goods, unless specified as new. All goods received by purchaser or agent at Seller's or purchaser premises must be inspected thoroughly. No claim honored for missing items or damaged goods. If within 30 days of receipt, goods are claimed to be defective, Seller may at its sole option return the same for repair, replacement, or credit.
CLAIMS:
Any damage claims in transit must be reported to the shipper by certified mail within earlier of 72 hours of acceptance or receipt. All claims subject to acceptance by Seller and to Seller terms and conditions. Seller is not responsible for any consequential damages due to defective product sold by it. wrong product must be reported within 72 hours.
REFUNDS/RETURNS:
Absolutely no refunds, returns, credits on memory products including boards/SIMMS/chips. Other returns without prior written approval of Seller only. There is a 25% restocking charge on all returns. No returns accepted on a COD basis. No cash/check refunds; refunds are made via house credit only to be used against subsequent purchases.
PAST DUE:
Past due invoices are subject to finance charges of 2% per month from date of sale. Purchaser is liable for all costs of collection of delinquent sums in cluding reasonable attorneys fees. Purchaser consents to exclusive venue in and jurisdiction by courts of New York, County of Nassau, under New York Law in the event of any claims, disputes, disagreements or lawsuits.
WARRANTIES:
There are no warranties or representations by seller, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability, suitability, or of fitness for any particular purpose.
MISCELLANEOUS:
Seller is not liable for price decreases due to market changes. Seller is not authorized or approved agent for any product it sells. All brand names listed are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
RETURNED CHECKS/CREDIT CARD SALES:
If a check for payment is returned for any reason, you will incur a charge of at least $25.00. Credit Card Sales are final and my not be stopped or varied and purchaser waives right to have Credit Card Company reverse a charge. Any credit card sale that is not paid in regular course will incur a $25.00 charge. NY GENERAL OBLIGATION LAW 811-104: IMPOSITION OF A CHARGE UP TO 750.00 FOR A RETURNED CHECK.
