Condition of Merchandise:
Timeless Pieces (DBA Objets_Intemporels) offers for sale luxury top-quality products. These products are purchased by Timeless Pieces directly from manufacturers; fashion houses and dealers and are carefully selected using stringent quality control.
We fully disclose the condition of each item. Vintage items maybe second-hand and/or in worn condition because of the particular nature of the product.
In the description of each product, Timeless Pieces will specify the preservation conditions if different from the standards set by the market (Required disclosure of prior use). The main characteristics of products are shown in great detail (through numerous photographs and in-depth descriptions).
The products offered for sale MAY NOT correspond to the real garments in terms of image and color because of the Internet Browser or Monitor used (color calibration). Timeless Pieces (DBA Objets_Intemporels) disclaims all responsibility.
All Sales are Final and All Merchandise is sold "As Is" - without any warranties implied but guaranteed authentic. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Sizing:
To date, uniformity and standardization in garment sizing does not exist. Conversions from European sizes are given as a guideline rather than an indication.
Because there is no industry standard, each company has its own sizing system.
Please refer to our measurements to find the correct fit. We want to make it right for you the first time. Measure once, measure twice, order carefully, and always double-check.

Return Policy:
All items are sold "As is". We work with you closely so you can make the right decision. We encourage you to check with the authorized boutiques BEFORE bidding/purchasing.
ALL OUR SALES ARE FINAL - we do not allow returns, exchanges, merchandise credit, grant no additional discounts and absolutely no provisions are made for buyer's remorse.

Timeless Pieces declines any responsibility for delays caused by a carrier, by customs clearance procedures or those of other regulatory agencies or delays caused by Acts of G-d.
International Buyers = bidders outside of the US if item is shipped from the US (Canada is outside of the US so is Mexico ...). If item is shipped from France, then international bidder is anyone outside of the EU.
Please Note:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up, do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "GIFTS". US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior
In the rare and unfortunate event of a lost, stolen or damaged package, Timeless Pieces will assist the purchaser in filing all pertinent paper work. Your claim is with the carrier NOT WITH US.
A claim for a lost, stolen or damaged package can be filed with La Poste after 30 (thirty) days (if item is shipped from France), with USPS after 10 days, with FedEx after 4-5 days (pls check with them directly). If the buyer did not opt for insurance, the responsibility for the lost package will be solely the buyer’s.
Bidder Policy: We do not accept bidders with with zero (0), negative or private (hidden) feedback. Due to the new eBay feedback policy, we furthermore reserve the right to cancel bids from bidders who have received unfavorable "positive" feedbacks from other sellers.
