I began trading on eBay five years ago. I have truly enjoyed the experience of meeting nice people! I have been a collector of wonderful home interior items for 20+ years! I have collected top line MERCURY GLASS ORNAMENTS for many years. I sell them on a year round basis. Right now I am specializing in Patricia Breen and Christopher Radko ornaments! The majority of my Patricia Breen ornaments are LIMITED EDITIONS and STORE EXCLUSIVES!! My other favorites are HALLMARK and BOYDS BEARS Resins and Plushes. MARJOLEIN BASTIN is my favorite HALLMARK artist. Her wonderful talent of illustrating nature and its beauty is amazing! Her detailed and colorful pieces are hard for a nature lover to resist!

Just in case you are wondering why I named my store OBX COLLECTIBLES...The answer is simple. I live in the beautiful and serene Outer Banks (OBX) of North Carolina. The Collectibles part is a dead giveaway!

AUCTION SPECIALTIES: I offer GORGEOUS and DISCOUNTED top brand and high quality MERCURY GLASS ORNAMENTS year round. I sell a large selection of HALLMARK merchandise, especially from their MARJOLEIN BASTIN collection. BOYDS BEAR resins and plushes is another brand I love to sell.

POLICIES: They are simple. I am very honest and my customer service is outstanding. I always pay for my purchases rapidly and desire that my buyers do the same. I give combined shipping and insurance fees to multiple auction buyers who pay with PAYPAL only. I immediately send multiple buyers a combined invoice and know they are happy with the savings! All Sales Are Final!

PAYMENTS: I prefer payments from PAYPAL. It is easy and worth signing up for. It allows me to send your purchases out in a very timely manner! That makes the both buyer and seller very content! Package sent quickly upon receipt of Money Orders and Cashiers Checks. I am now listing my auctions WORLDWIDE! SHIPPING: My preferred shipping is by USPS Priority Mail for US buyers. Insurance is optional, but recommended on all purchases! For INTRNATIONAL WIMMERS...I will ship your purchase with the most appropriate and cheapest shipping method. ALL BUYERS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CUSTOM TAX PAYABLE IN YOUR OWN COUNTRY. I ship your purchase within two days from receipt of your payment. I will email you with a Delivery Confirmation from eBay to let you know your package is on its way. I post feedback automatically when I receive feedback from my buyers. If there is a problem, please contact me before posting feedback and I will return the courtesy. Customer service is my top priority!

NON-PAYMENT BUYERS: I do everything possible to prevent from having to post negative feedback! I send 2 follow-up invoices if payment is not received as instructed in my auction. That allows the buyer an opportunity to contact me if they are having difficulties paying for their purchase. I am very understanding and promise to work with all buyers in a positive manner! If I still don't get a response, I will file a Non-Payment Report with eBay (the best polite reminder). If I receive NO PAYMENT OR RESPONSE in 14 days, Negative Feedback will definitely be posted. That is the saddest and most difficult part of trading that I would be forced to do on eBay! Everything else is so enjoyable!!
