where the prospective bidder is required to
personally attend sales to just to see what

warranty, expressed or implied, as to kind,
character or quality of any of the property,
or its fitness for any use or purpose.
While Oregon Surplus Property cannot, by
contract, accept credit card payments from
third party providers (i.e. Paypal,
Billpoint, Bidpay, etc.) we can accept
credit card payments internally through our
own merchant account for Non Vehicle / Heavy
Equipment purchases. Unless
otherwise specified in the item listing, we
can assist our U.S. buyers in making
shipping arrangements.
