Payment

• We are happy to accept Paypal payments. You will find a Paypal button conveniently located on the end of auction notice from eBay.
• The option of payment with check or money order is also available.
  • Your order will ship next business day after receipt of money order.
    
  • Your order will ship 10 business days after receipt of personal or business check (no exceptions). Please be sure this is acceptable for your needs.
  • When mailing your payment, please remember to include item numbers, PHYSICAL address, and telephone number

• We will also be happy to accept your direct credit card payment over the phone.
  
  • Unfortunately, we do not have regular phone hours at this time. If we are not available at the time you call, please be sure to leave a message with your phone number and we will return your call. Or Just email your phone number to us (never send credit card information via email!) and we will call you asap to complete your payment.Our phone number is provided to you in the end-of-auction notice that you will receive automatically from eBay.

Returns Policy

 

Returns Policy: Our returns policy is simple: we want you to be pleased with your item/s. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, just return the new, unused, sealed item to us, in the original shipping box, within 30 days. It is easy and the instructions are in your box. Contact us if you need a replacement copy emailed to you. You help us keep our prices low by adhering to these basic requirements. Please allow 2 weeks to process your return. Thank you!

Please Note: Shipping/handling costs and return shipping costs are not refundable unless:

• An error has occurred in the shipment.
• Item is damaged due to extreme mishandling during shipment. (Details below)

Please contact outoftheboxcrew immediately should either of these problems occur.

General Returns

General returns will be accepted within 15 days of delivery if...

• The product(s) are still "Like New" and "Unopened" in the original packaging.
• The product(s) arrive Postage Paid.
• A return authorization is obtained before it is shipped back to us.*

We recommend that you purchase insurance when returning merchandise as we cannot issue refunds/exchanges on items lost or damaged in return shipping.

Shipping Damage

In the event of shipping damage, we will process the claim for a full refund or replacement if...

• We are notified within 7 days of delivery.
• Item is repackaged using the original packaging and box and made available for the shipper to pick up.
• Further instructions and a return authorization is obtained before it is shipped back to us.*

Shipping damage is a rare occurrence here at Out of the Box Crew and Out of the Toy Box. But, when it does take place, we do all we can to take as much of the frustration out of the claims process for you as is possible. We file the paperwork and make the phone calls and are usually able to send your replacement within 1-2 business days. Just let us know when the shipper has reclaimed the damaged item for inspection and your replacement will be on its way!

Shipping Errors

Shipping Errors seldom happen here at Out of the Box Crew and Out of the Toy Box, but when they do we will correct the mistake as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you as we can. If you believe we have made a mistake with your order...

• Please notify us, using Pam@OutoftheBoxCrew.com within 7 days of delivery.
• We will give you further instructions with a minimum of inconvenience, no expense to you and get your correct item to you immediately.
