About Me

Hello.
Thank you for your interest in my site. Let me tell you a few things about myself. I grew up in Idaho Falls, Idaho, and later moved to Arizona where I graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting. I remained in Arizona for seven years after college, and worked as a financial software engineer for various technical and healthcare corporations in the Phoenix area.

I first began investing in property in Arizona in 1996, and over the years have also acquired several small parcels in South Central California. This led to my wife and I moving to Big Bear Lake, CA in 2002. We thoroughly enjoyed the mountains but found it easier to raise children in a warmer climate. In May of 2007 we moved to Encinitas, CA. I continue to invest in property in California, and would be happy to answer any questions you might have about any of the lots I have for sale.
