Paradigm Properties, Inc. is a California Corporation. We may be reached toll-free by phone during normal business hours, or by fax, mail, or email. The company was founded in 2003 as an LLC and converted to a corporation a year later. The principals have been actively investing in Real Estate for over a decade. Paradigm Properties, Inc. owns hundreds of acres of land, all of which is held free and clear; the company has zero debt and a strong balance sheet. Therefore, every property is lien-free, unencumbered and guaranteed as such when conveyed.

Our Accepted Methods of Payment
Whether paying full price up front or buying with our EZ-Finance Program, we are able to accept a number of methods of payment. If paying the full amount, bank checks, business checks, personal checks, money orders, and under certain amounts, credit cards and PayPal may be used. Our office is set up as a Commercial Electronic Office® which ties us directly into the banking system as a remote teller. Therefore, for monthly payments, besides checks and money orders, we can utilize the Automated Clearing House (ACH) and provide for direct withdrawal from the account of your choice (like a gym membership). We also have an in-house automated billing system tied directly to PayPal™ which will email you a payment reminder three days prior to due date if that is your preference. Finally, we accept all major credit cards which you may call in or email instructions for us to run each month as you see fit. You may also opt to have your card billed automatically each month for you on the payment due date.
