When can I expect the tracking number for my product?
This place is crazy busy so give us about 48 to 72 hours to ship your product. Yeah we might not be lightning fast but gosh darn it we saved you a ton of money.

What is the estimated delivery and process time for orders?
We are currently estimating a 5 to 10 business day delivery time. Business days are Monday thru Friday. Weekends and major holidays do not count.

A note to international customers.
Some countries like Netherlands, Italy, Germany, Australia, and sometimes the United Kingdom take forever for items to clear customs. I mean weeks upon weeks. They also loose merchandise and claim that they have never seen it. We ship US Postal because it saves you money but you must know that the tracking methods are terrible. It can take from 5 to as many as 60 days for you to get your product. Please if you choose to ship your product US Postal you must understand that their is risk your parts will take longer than expected. Do not open a case with Paypal or leave negative feedback because you do not have a part yet. It is not our fault. 99% of the time most delays are in your countries customs department or mailing service. If you're the nervous type do not even bother to purchase from us. I do not want you emailing me 10 times a day wondering where your part is, opening Paypal cases against us, withholding funds, recalling funds, and generally accusing us of being dishonest. We ship all products within 72 hours from your time of order. This is a non-negotiable for us. We have this commitment for all of our customers. Remember we can provide proof of shipping for every part we touch and we are happy to provide this information to everyone and anyone who requests it.
