Thanks for taking the time to read a little about who I am. I'm patsythemom, or Patty, a midwestern mom of 3 teenagers who has been married to Prince Charming for almost 25 years. (See look, he has a castle and guards and everything!)

I love to travel. I love to shop. I love fabric. I love eBay.

Put those things together and you get Zigla's Treehouse, an eBay store selling a variety of handcrafted items and exceptional bargains on a whole lotta fun stuff, including Vera Bradley bags (when available).

Zigla's is a home-based business. I report my income and pay taxes and am not the least bit worried about an audit because one step inside my house and you can see LOTS of evidence that business is happenin' here!
The family room serves as Production Central. Towers of fabric are hiding behind the chair, anxiously awaiting L.A. Ink or The Hills to begin so that my youngest daughter will pull the fabric out and begin work while she catching up on Kat or LC. This daughter got her new camera by agreeing to be Zigla's cheif photographer and photo editor. She is great at photography (but not so good at coloring her hair).
Our Shipping Department is between the office and living room, where you may find my baseball-loving son preparing boxes for shipping in between important text-messages. He is practicing to text as fast as he can pitch, and is making good progress.
What used to be our older daughter's room is now our Warehouse, which we fill with bins of purses, bags, and stockings, but our daughter lives at the Off-Site Assembly Area. (cleverly disguised as a dorm room), where she cuts, irons, and tags to earns money for her books and and a portion of her nursing school tuition. (Look! She's even carrying a bag from Zigla's.)
And me, well I'm either at the computer on eBay or in the Lower Level Assembly area (the basement) among a wall of fabric, 2 sewing machines, a cutting table and a virtual maze of stocking crates. Zigla's is definately a family effort, and a whole lot of fun.

So, who is Zigla? Glad you asked! Zigla was one of three sisters who were my childhood make-believe friends. Zigla was the middle child -- the creative and independent thinker -- kind of like the side of me that likes to hunt down great bargains and fun fabrics and turn it into something I can sell on eBay. So this is her treehouse -- her little nook of favorite things that hopefully you will like as well.

Here's some other things I love: Nebraska, embarassing my teenagers, little cottages - especially oceanfront, Roller Coasters, the beach, collecting pictures of stupid signs, Disney, old family photos
