We ship WorldWide. We
will ship via USPS Priority for our Domestic orders and USPS Global
Priority for all International orders.
All items come with a
30-day replacement warranty. A 20% restocking fee will be applied on all
returns that are not defected. Buyer is responsible for postage on
all return items shipped back to us. All sales are final and S/H charges
are
nonrefundable. No exceptions!!!
Requirements for RMA processing:
-Shipping defective product(s) to PC Micro Store with freight prepaid
-Auction item # and ID name included with your return merchandise
-A detailed note describing all problems
-RMA # (Auction item #) clearly marked on mailing label

After replacement of RMA, PC Micro Store reserves the right to request the
total cost of the replacement product(s) or the product(s) itself if later
to be found physically damaged by the BUYER.
The BUYER who does not comply with the above requirements will delay RMA
processing and therefore be subjected to a service charge. Replacement or
repair will be made as soon as returned merchandise is received. No
advance replacement will be made.
This warranty does not cover: (a)
installation or service of product; (b) conditions resulting from consumer
damage such as improper maintenance or misuse, abuse, accident or alteration;
(c) all plastic surfaces and all other exposed parts that are scratched or
damaged due to normal use; (d) the operations of our products with equipment not
supplied by PC Micro Store; (e) products which have had the serial number
removed or made illegible; (f) products rented to others.
- Product(s) returned without defects
will be charged $20 per item or $40 per system plus $15 for S/H fee.
- All refused shipments will be charged
$15 handling fee plus freight.
- Cancellation of the order may be
subjected to a charge of 15% of total order amount
- 18% interest charge per annum (0.05%
per day) for past due account balances.
- $15 will be charged for each return
check.
The BUYER agrees to pay all of PC Micro
Store cost related to the collection of any sum dues, including overhead
allocated to employee efforts and any legal fees and expenses incurred.
Since we are
doing mail orders only, there will not be a phone number for people to call in.
