We accept PAYPAL PAYMENTS. This is ebay policy now, electronic payments only. If you need to mail in a payment, please contact us ahead of time.

All in state residents will be charged state sales tax during the Checkout process.

Once the auction ends, the winning bidder can pay using the Checkout button, or wait to receive an automated email invoice shortly after the auction ends, with totals and payment instructions.

Checkout must be completed within 4 days of the close of auction , and all payments must be made within this time period. If payment isn't received within four days, ebay will automatically file a non paying bidder notice. Understand that because our auctions run only three day durations, there is really no need for a payment to take longer than four days. If payday isn't for a few days, just wait to bid. We have several of most games in stock, so even if the one you were looking at sells, we probably have another one.

1. How do I pay for an auction? Step 1 Simply click the link in the email we sent you after the auction closed or click the "Pay Now" button in your listing at the top of the page.
   Step 2 You should now be on the checkout page. Before proceeding, make sure that the shipping address displayed is your correct address. If the address is incorrect, use the "Change" link just above the address.
   Step 3 Click the "Continue" button at the bottom right on the checkout page. Finally, enter the email address and password associated with your Paypal account, double check your total and pay.
   
   You CAN COMBINE SHIPPING, but you MUST WAIT UNTIL AFTER winning the final auction before checking out! HOWEVER, you must complete the checkout no more than 4 days after winning the first auction or you may receive an unpaid item dispute. Payment must be received within 4 days to avoid an unpaid item dispute from eBay.
2. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept PayPal, and money orders (US banks only). We do not accept personal checks or cash.
3. How can I retract my bid? You will need to use ebay's bid retraction form. You can find it by searching for "eBay bid retraction form" in Google. We cannot cancel bids for you so be sure that you want the item before you bid. A bid on ebay is a legal and binding contract with a seller.
4. Can I combine auctions to reduce shipping costs? YES, but you MUST WAIT UNTIL AFTER winning the final auction before checking out! HOWEVER, you must complete the checkout no more than 4 days after winning the first auction or you may receive an unpaid item dispute. Our checkout will automatically combine your winnings and apply the "additional item" shipping costs. The highest "first item" shipping cost will be applied, plus the corresponding "additional item" shipping for the remaining items. The order of the auctions won does not affect shipping costs.
5. How do I receive the special shipping deal you have advertised? Purchase all games as usual. Once you have everything you need, click the "Pay Now" button on the item page of anything you purchased from us. On the next page you will see a link that will allow you to request your total from us. Or you can just email directly- pedrocustomersupport@gmail.com .
6. Do you offer bulk discounts or accept offers? No. We are not a wholesale business and our items are competitively priced. We do however typically run a shipping rate special that will allow for an added discount on set numbers of games.
7. How much is shipping? Shipping costs for items may vary, but are indicated in each auction listing. There is shipping cost for the 1st item, and usually a lower cost for any additional items ordered. If you order two different items, the higher 1st item shipping cost is applied plus the "additional item" shipping cost from the other item. It does not matter which item is purchased first. 8. What is the actual condition of the item? All items- games, game systems, and accessories are in good condition by default. When we receive items for resale we automatically remove any item that is severely discolored, written on, covered in stickers, or has suffered any other damage that is more than very minor. We cannot provide details on items aside from what is in the listing but rest assured we have taken care to make sure you do not receive an item that we as collectors and gamers would not be pleased with ourselves.
9. What countries do you ship to? It depends on the item. We will only ship game systems to the US and Canada. We will ship games to the following countries, provided you understand that we sell games that may not work on game systems not sold in North America. Anguilla, Antigua, Aruba, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Belgium, Bermuda, Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Canada, Cayman Islands, Denmark, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Finland, France, Greenland, Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, Ireland, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Virgin Islands.
10. When can I expect my item to arrive? Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment, excluding weekends and holidays. We will send you an email when your order ships. Once you order leaves our facility, delivery within the US typically takes 3-6 business days, but occasionally longer. Delivery to international destinations takes 6-20+ business days, and on rare occasions longer if your package has been held up for customs inspection. We ship via USPS 1st Class/Priority Mail.
11. My game doesn't seem to be working, what can I do? All games are tested prior to leaving our facility. In the case of cartridge games such as NES, SNES or Sega Genesis, there are some games that will work only on genuine Nintendo or Sega brand systems. Game systems like FC Twin, Generation NEX and Yobo are great all around systems, but they are not compatible with every game.
    
    If you do own an original Nintendo. Sega branded game system, but are still having problems we suggest a quick cleaning of your games's contacts with a qtip and some alcohol. Even small amounts of dust or tarnish can cause problems with cartridge games. Oh and DO NOT BLOW IN YOUR GAMES! This only makes the problem worse in the long term.
12. My game system is not working, what can I do? First, make sure that you have connected it correctly to your television, and that it is plugged in to a working outlet. If that doesn't fix the problem, here are a few suggestions.
    
    Nintendo NES- In almost every case, the issue is due to the new 72-pin connector that we installed. Because the pin is much tighter than the original installed by Nintendo, you will find that during the first few weeks or months while the pin is loosening, some games will need to be left in the up position in the game system, rather than being pressed down after being inserted in the system. This is because some games have slightly thicker circuit boards and this can affect the angle at which game and system contact one another. Also, it is very important that you clean all games prior to using them in your game system. If your games did not come from us, be sure they are cleaned before use.
