About Us and Our Business Policies
We started this business because of the need to stay home and care for an elderly parent. We will make our share of mistakes as we grow the business. Feel free to let us know how we can improve and any suggestions you have. We would appreciate the input.
Our business is entirely web-based. We would like to remind buyers their bid is a contract to purchase – and to abide by the terms of the auction. We file non-paying bidder claims with eBay.
SHIPPING DISCOUNT:
Combine two or more items with the same shipping code and save on shipping costs. Look for the shipping code in the description area of each item.
Please email us at the end of the auction with payment method. We prefer PayPal. We will also accept money order or cashiers check as payment if received within 5 days of end of auction. Item will ship within 3 to 5 days of funds received. For UPS shipping phone number at delivery address is required to complete timely delivery. UPS will not ship to a PO Box. Buyer will pay all shipping and handling charges. All sales are final. No warranty is stated or implied. Seller not responsible for item once shipped. Insurance is OPTIONAL, it is not included in the shipping cost. If you want insurance, you must add it at Check Out. If insurance is declined, we can't be responsible for lost or broken items.
Used clothing items we list are described as accurately as possible. These items come from a smoke free home. If there are imperfections they will be listed however, we try not to put anything on that we feel are not worth you having. If clothing is new, it will be listed as new.
We are also proud to give you value priced items for your home or business.
