PEOPLE VS. THE PROS GOLF EVENT


PLAY GOLF AGAINST FRED COUPLES OR NICK FALDO

The 6th Annual 2009 People vs. the Pros Ultimate Pro-Am Championship, will be held once again at the world class Pinehurst Resort, October 23-27,2009 

The ultimate shoot-out winners in each age division will battle Major Champions Fred Couples (18-49 Division) and Nick Faldo (50+ Division), with benefit of their handicap, in the Championship matches on October 27th, 2009. These final matches will be televised in the U.S. on ESPN2 from 11 am to 1 P.M. EST, December 27th, 2009.

This unique Official PGA TOUR event is the only tournament that allows amateur golfers to play against PGA TOUR legends with the benefit of their handicap, in match play and have it broadcast on National television.

PLAY PINEHURST NO.2 TWICE

The 6th Annual People vs. the Pros event Player Package, October 23-27, 2009, is as follows

  • Five nights lodging at Pinehurst Resort
  • Four rounds of golf – One practice round plus one round each at Pinehurst No. 1, 2 and/or 4
  • First 84 ebayers to win are guaranteed to play Pinehurst No. 2 Twice

October is the most magnificent month to play golf at Pinehurst. Average temperature is 72 degrees with little or no humidity. The leaves are changing and demand to play in October at Pinehurst is higher then in any other month.
