Hi! We have been selling since 2000 and we are happy to say we have many repeat customers. We have made many ebay friends all over the country.
Photo's & description: Measurements, colors & detail are provided with our best effort for accuracy. We try to post many photos to show the detail of our product. We do not try to hide anything. Measurements are provided as a guideline and are approximate.
Shipping: We ship priority with confirmation, unless you request another method. Please email us PRIOR to bidding if you do not have a confirmed address or are requesting the item be shipped to a gift address, so we can work out other arrangements. We do not ship to an unconfirmed address.
Merchandise over $200.00 requires insurance.
As soon as your item ships, you will recieve an email notification with the tracking number. You should receive your item within 3-4 business days with USA USPS priority mail.
We make every effort to ship within 24 hrs of payment, with the exception of Sunday and holidays.
We are happy to combine shipping cost. As long as you notify us that you plan on making multiple purchases we will hold off shipping, so they can be combined to save you money. When you are ready to check out, please pay for all your purchases in one combined payment, so we can discount your shipping.
Shipping rates depend on the weight of the item. We add ~.50-.75 to the actual cost of shipping to help with our shipping expenses of tape, bubble wrap, boxes, etc. If you have a question about shipping, please ask us prior to bidding. If we have made an error, we will be glad to correct it.
International shipping: We perfer to mail USPS Priority or Express with tracking. We understand some customers would rather save money on shipping, so if you are interested in Parcel Post, please let us prior to payment, so we can adjust the shipping fee.
We recommend Express because it includes insurance up to @$100.00 and will arrive to you much faster.
*International buyers are responsible for any duty/custom tax your country may apply to your purchase.
Payment: Is requested within 3 days of auction end. If we do not receive communication from you, we will assume you are not planning on following through with your transaction. We will re-list the item or offer it to the next highest bidder. Non-paying Buyer claim will be filed with eBay.
Guaranty: We guaranty your item to be authentic or we will refund 100% of your payment to include shipping. We have never sold imitation/replica items. All of our items are purchased from an authorized dealer.
If authenticity is a question, we urge you to mail the item to the designer for confirmation of authenticity. You can usually take the item directly to the store with the tags and they can confirm it as authentic. If you feel the item is not authentic we require you to get a written letter from the store manager on store letterhead to include their phone number & address. We then will call the store manager to verify they have written this letter and fax them our receipt to clear up the misunderstanding.
We attach a security tag to each of our items and if this is removed the item is non-returnable, period. Unfortunately there are many dishonest people in the world and we have had buyers return a counterfeit item in place of the authentic one or a used item and demand a refund. This has forced us to attach a security tag that can easily be removed, but not reattached.
We are a small ebay business and we are not set up to take returns or exchanges. Please keep this in mind when you bid on one of our auctions. If this is important to you and you change your mind a lot, Perfectly Charmed is probably not the best place for you to shop. If we have made an error, we will be happy to take care of it.
