to us. Should that happen, we will notify you as soon as

Stock
Availability:
All items are in stock at time of listing but, due to
overwhelming demands and peak periods there is a very rare
chance that your item may not be in stock at the time of
purchase.
If this should occur, we will offer you the option of an
immediate refund or placing the item on back order to be filled
as soon as a new shipment arrives.
We will give you an estimated delivery time for any item placed

website, please check the instructions.
We will issue via email or send you via USPS mail a dated

We will insure that you receive any notices or rebate forms that

It is your responsibility to verify that your are eligible for
the rebates and to follow the instructions set forth by the
manufacturer in order to receive it. |

Our
Returns Policy & Disclaimer
:
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a full
refund minus a 15% restocking fee.
Original Shipping Charges are not refundable.
Please, do not return any item until a Return
Authorization number is received.
We will pay the return shipping cost only if the return is a
result of our error.
Please note that we are unable to exchange items (however, if
you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us
immediately for a Return Authorization number ).
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
*Any item that is returned more than 15 days after
delivery. After 15 days contact the manufacturer.
*Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette
tape, or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its
plastic wrap).
*Any item that is not in its original condition, is
damaged, or is missing parts.
*Any item that is gas-powered or contains flammable
liquids.
*Any television 27 inches or larger.
*Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
Returning a gift? If the item you're returning was not
designated as a gift when purchased or if it was not shipped
directly to you from Phoenix-GTC, Inc., please note that the
refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Most items usually ship within 24 - 48 hours of ordering.
Shipments should be received within 7 - 10 business days
(within the Continental United States) after placing the order.
If you do not receive the order within this period, please
contact us immediately so that we can aid in the retrieval of
the item.
All customers are encouraged to use the optional Insurance for
their own protection.
We are not responsible for shipments after leaving the warehouse
or are lost due to errors made by the common carriers.
If an error in pricing occurs in the ad/listing, we
reserve the right to cancel all sales made by this ad at
anytime.
We reserve the right to cancel (by mutual agreement) any
transaction, by any Bidder for any of the following
reasons:
1 - any bidder with what we consider excessive negative
feedback
2 - anyone who fails to respond to an email inquiry (by
