If the item you receive does not match our auction description or appraisal, simply contact us within 7 days of the item's receipt and we will happily provide a full refund. Please note that we also offer extended warranties on select cameras and lenses (see below).

Grading Scale

Our grading scale provides a clear standard by which you can judge the condition of our auction items.

Appraisals

Our technicians prepare an Appraisal Certificate with an inspection checklist for each of our used lenses and cameras. It's our way of ensuring that nothing goes out our door without having been thoroughly inspected by us.

Secure Shipping

All Photosam merchandise is carefully packaged for shipping and, if over $50 in value, sent by insured mail.

Our Extended Warranty Program

Photosam is now able to offer extended warranties on selected used equipment through Mack Camera and Video Service. Mack Camera has been serving camera enthusiasts since 1938 and was one of the first authorized warranty repair services for such prominent companies as Polaroid, Kodak, Nikon, Pentax, and Canon.
