Refurbished Products

A product is called Refurbished when customers returns a product to the retailer for one of many reasons, such as: a customer may change his or her mind, not like the product, or have difficulty operating it. Whether it is returned a month later or only the very next day, such an item must be identified as refurbished to be resold. Other terms for Refurbished are: Recertifed, Factory serviced,  Renewed, Reconditioned, etc.  

Refurbished products have been refurbished to the highest quality standards, and may or may not have had one or more electrical and/or mechanical components repaired.  Products are fully operational, and may or may not have cosmetic or appearance imperfections that in no way detract from the performance or safety of the product.
