A $9.99 starting price does not mean that the product is not authentic. We try and answer emails all weekend, but we may not have access to the product for measurements until Monday morning.
Shipping Details
CONTACT US FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS COMBINED SHIPPING. We are happy to provide you with combined shipping savings if your secondary items are won within seven days of the first. Please ask to receive a combined invoice before paying. Your combined items may at our discretion be shipped via Fed Ex Ground, UPS or USPS. All of our shipping methods include delivery confirmation. If the value of your item is $250 or more, Signature confirmation of delivery is required. Transit times are not guaranteed by the USPS, UPS or FedEx.
We ship fast but if you need it faster, email us and we'll do the best to accommodate you with different options.
Disclosure & Condition Rating System
All sales are final. Your designer handbag or accessory new or pre-owned, will arrive with a numbered security tag on it identifying the item as being sold by Pinchrosemary. It will not damage your bag and it is easy to remove with scissors. In the unlikely event that you feel the bag is not as described, DO NOT REMOVE OR TAMPER WITH THIS TAG. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT A RETURN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE SHOULD THE TAG BE REMOVED OR SHOULD IT SHOW ANY SIGNS OF TAMPERING. NO EXCEPTIONS.
UNPAID ITEM DISPUTES AND NON PAYING BIDDERS
Unpaid Item Disputes are filed automatically 7 days after the end of the auction. Unless we hear from you, 7 days from the date the dispute was filed, it will close automatically. Your account will receive a strike and the item will be relisted. If the item is paid for within the 7 day time frame, the dispute will close automatically after the recognition of a successful transaction through feedback. The reason for this is that Ebay does not allow an Unpaid Item Dispute to be reopened once closed. If under very special circumstances we make an allowance for an unpaid item or if we agree to accept a return, we ask that a mutual agreement to not complete the sale be executed first. Our shipping and related listing costs are not refundable. The item must be returned in the original condition and all return shipping fees are your responsibility. This policy allows us to keep our aggressively low pricing policy or starting bid price.

In addition, I will never offer you a second chance offer outside of Ebay. If you receive an email asking you to respond to an email address outside of My Messages in Ebay or to send a payment to any other than BEAL & MB LLC do not repond! If you are uncertain of any communication that appears in your My Messages on Ebay, feel free to contact us through the "Ask the seller a question link" on any of our auctions.
