My name is Jeri, I have a degree in Design and I have been a commercial artist for 35 years. For 10 of those years, I worked as a production graphic artist & computerized embroidery digitizer in the imprinted apparel & promotional products industry.
My studio/business name is Pineshadow Arts and this is my own legitimate business, through which I create & sell artistic personalized mousepads and keepsake boxes. And because I really am an artist and most of the designs I offer are my own work, I take great care in the quality and craftsmanship of the items I sell that bear my work. Also, because I print & ship each item myself, I'm able to personalize them in almost any way you wish at no additional cost. I'm constantly looking for new ideas & coming up with new designs, and I offer a wide variety on eBay to cover as many tastes and interests as possible. (And my auctions change every week!)
As for the technical aspects: my mouse pads are printed with either a thermal wax or dye sublimation process and keepsake box tiles are dye sublimation only. They are all heat pressed on commercial grade equipment. This insures they are completely waterproof & fade-proof ... and I guarantee that! I also guarantee that the quality of your mouse pad or box will be MUCH MUCH higher than can be shown in the little web images I have to use in my auction and eBay store listings! I promise.
Also, if you are interested in purchasing multiples, please email me. I will gladly list a special "Lot" auction for you so we can keep our transaction safely inside eBay.
A quick note about returns/exchanges/refunds/etc:
If you are unhappy with any non-personalized item you buy from me, I'll be happy to accept it back and give you a refund within 10 days of when you received it. Because my mouse pads and boxes are individually personalized however, I cannot offer exchanges or refunds on those ... although I promise that if I make a mistake in the printing I will replace your item immediately at no cost to you. If, however, an error is the result of misspelled or inaccurate info that you provided to me, I cannot replace the item for free. So, please, verify your personalization information before you email it to me! I do my best, but I'm just not very good at long-distance mind-reading!
If you look at my feedback numbers, you can see I've been an eBay seller for quite a long time. And because of it, I've encountered just about everything that can go right or wrong with transactions ... and I've learned that no matter what, there's very little we can't work out between us if we just communicate in a friendly and courteous way. If you have questions ... please ask me! I'll be glad to help. Also, new eBayers are very welcome to bid on my auctions. We all had to start somewhere!
