• Have You Shipped My Manual Yet / When Will My Manual Arrive / Can You E-Mail Me When You Ship It?  YOU WILL BE E-MAILED THE OFFICIAL DELIVERY CONFIRMATION NUMBER FROM EBAY / PAYPAL, AS SOON AS WE SHIP YOUR PURCHASE. If you haven't received this e-mail yet, we either haven't shipped yet OR your e-mail services' 'spam' / junk e-mail filters may have caught the notice e-mail accidentally.
  
  Once you receive your US Postal Service Delivery Confirmation number, follow your shipment's progress at US Postal Service Track & Confirm.
  
  We also leave you feedback the same day we ship your item so you will know your purchase is already on its way. So either way, you will know the status of your purchase!
  
  We ship our items exclusively out of the US Post Office located at the Portland International Airport. Open 24 hours, the packages are shipped out of that location quicker than any other post office in the city!

 

• What Is Your Refund/Return Policy? / Do You Guarantee Your Item? etc.   We haven't taken the time to write out three pages of 'legalese' to cover all situations, scenarios, disasters, errors, etc. that possibly could happen from start to finish, with a transaction from us. We take a lot of time to try and represent our items as best we can and get it to you in one piece and on time. We are only human and can make mistakes but we are also good people who want the buyer to be happy and will make all reasonable accommodations to do so - we want our customers to be happy and our 99.9% feedback shows this! If you aren't happy with a purchase from us, let us know what's on your mind and we will work it out.

• Does This Manual Cover My Vehicle/Engine/Option Package etc.?   We try to accurately describe our listing to the best of our ability and include all the information necessary for your to determine this. PLEASE READ THE LISTING CAREFULLY - EVERYTHING FROM YEAR, MAKE, MODEL, ENGINE TYPE(S), SERIAL NUMBERS, ETC. MAY BE CONTAINED THEREIN!
  
  We tend to get a LOT of questions and will try and address your question(s) as soon as possible but please do read the listing carefully (its amazing how many people ask questions about things seemingly clearly mentioned in our listings!)
  
  Also, please don't get upset if we don't answer your question right away - we get a LOT of e-mail and you might have just gotten lost in the fray!

 

• Can You Ship To An Address DIFFERENT Than The One I Have On eBay / PayPal?   We really do NOT like to ship to different addresses than you are registered to on eBay / PayPal. This is to protect you AND us on fraud, as well as to avoid confusion. Our shipping method of printing all of the postage online, relies on your address EXACTLY as you supplied it to eBay / PayPal. YOU MUST CONTACT US REGARDING ANY SHIPPING NOT TO YOUR DEFAULT EBAY / PAYPAL ADDRESS.

 

• Can You Send Me An Additional Picture / Chart / Table etc. Out Of This Manual?   No, unless we have erred or left important info out. We are sorry, but once we have taken the pictures of our manual(s) and listed them, they are put back into our stock. We do not have the time available to take it back out, set up the photo area, and take another picture of it, by special request. This is why we spend lots of time taking a number of pictures, typing all the necessary data, and trying to accurately describe the manuals in our auctions and store.
  
  If you let us know we have erred in the listing or omitted critical information crucial to determining what the manual covers, we will try to add/change the listing as soon as possible - we will appreciate you letting us know!

 

• I Live In / Am Visiting Portland, Oregon - Can I Pick The Manual Up / Visit A Physical Store?   We are sorry but we cannot allow for physical pickup on any of our items, unless specifically mentioned (such as for heavier, not easily shipped items). We just don't have the flexibility in our schedules to set a time for pickups. Also, we have no physical store location - just storage locations and our home addresses.

 

• So-And-So.com / Another eBayer Has This Manual For LESS Than You Do! Why?   That's great - more power to 'em! All we know is that WE pride ourselves in plenty of pictures, accurate and detailed listings, and quick-well wrapped shipping - check our feedback for the proof! Others may sell for less but don't get short changed by inaccurate listings, bad and/or slow service, hidden or not-clearly specified shipping costs, or lousy reproduction manuals!
