MY PHILOSOPHY
I am not a store with big buying power, nor am I a jeweler. My husband and I are individuals who look for and purchase fantastic deals on personally selected diamonds, gemstones, and gold.  I have very little overhead and very little mark-up.  The stones are generally not certified and are priced accordingly.  I purchase from a reputable wholesale jeweler whose opinion I trust.  I do not sell anything that I wouldn't wear myself (because of this, my husband jokes that I should call this "My Jewelry" because I'd like to keep it all!)- so I took his advice and named my Ebay Store "My Jewlry".  Both my husband and I devote a great deal of time and effort to inspecting and selecting all of the items I list.  I pride myself on having honest descriptions and being upfront if there is something that should be mentioned.  My buyers regularly report that the items are "even better than described".  Just check my feedback!

NOTIFICATION AND PAYMENT
An important part of winning your auction is to acknowledge and reply immediately to the winning notification email. This must be done within 3 days of the auction end.  If the emails are not answered, I reserve the right to offer the item to the next highest bidder or relist the item.  As an individual, all of my sales are very important to me.  There are too many times when I have waited in good faith to hear from a buyer that never responds.  Also, please be sure your email address is current.

I accept credit/debit cards via Pay Pal and checks or money orders.  Mailed checks and money orders must be received within 7 days of auction close.  If payment is to be made via Paypal, it should be done within 3 days of auction closing.  All personal checks will be subject to a 10 day hold.

RETURN POLICY
Because I work with little or no profit margins, and I make every effort to describe the items accurately and to the best of my knowledge, I request that you ask questions prior to bidding.  All of the diamonds and gemstones are genuine, not enhanced, and items are new, unless stated otherwise. I can guarantee that you would pay a minimum of 2-3X my price at your local retailer.  Please be aware jewelry appraising is not a science, but an opinion.  In the event that an item is returned, you may have a choice of "store credit" of the full purchase price toward another item or a refund of purchase price less any shipping/handling fees.

SHIPPING
For U.S. addresses, I ship via USPS Priority Mail. Insurance is extra.Your item(s) will be shipped within 2 days after payment is received (exception is personal checks or international shipments).  If you have special circumstances, you may request your item to be shipped overnight and there will be an additional charge.  If you are the winner of multiple items, I am glad to combine shipping to save you money.

If your feedback rating is "2" or less, please contact me prior to bidding on any of my auctions, or your bid may be cancelled. I take a great pride in my feedback and reputation and always offer a way for compromise or solution.
