Shipping and Handling Charges, We strive to offer the best shipping rate with the lowest handling charges. We're located on the West Coast, so sometimes the rates might seem higher than you expect. The Postal rates as well as the UPS rates are based on your address. If you have a concern or question, PLEASE email before you make your purchase. As an example with the Postal Rates,  a 2 ounce package, is not the same rate as a 2 ounce letter. A package is anything that is not flat even if it is the packing material that is used to ensure your purchases arrive safely.
