Products

We sell Full size cosmetics as well as, Gift With Purchase (GWP) or sample size products. These may say somewhere, "Not for Retail" or "Not for Individual Sale". Every item listing has the weight or size listed. All Clinique Lipsticks are full size tubes with a different case then the ones bought at the counter. Most of Estee Lauder's lipsticks are the same way. If you have ANY questions about the size of a product, please ask prior to bidding. All of our products are new/unused/untested. So bid with confidence. You will receive a quality product at a great price!!

Our products are 100% authentic items. We do not sell fakes. However, we are not associated with Lancome, Estee Lauder or any other cosmetic company.

Payment Instructions:

We prefer PayPal payments which allows us to ship your item to you very quickly. Our account is a business account so we accept credit cards, eChecks, balance transfers, etc from PayPal. We also accept BidPay and auctionchex. If you would like to send us a money order, that is also acceptable. At auction close we will send you our mailing address. We DO NOT accept Personal Checks of any kind!!!

Please contact us within 7 days of auction close. If you are paying via money order, please either use eBay checkout or e-mail us with your intentions. If you pay via PayPal, there is no need to e-mail us, all the information we need is on the PayPal payment receipt. Either way, payment MUST be received 10 days after auction close. If you do not abide by these rules, a Non-Paying Bidder form will be filed with eBay which may result in your suspension from this site.

International Bidders

Due to recent eBay restrictions, we are no longer able to ship to Asia. We are sorry to our customers in these countries. Due to new German laws and eBay policy, GWP items are no longer being shipped to Germany. (01 May 2009) Ebay has now informed us we cannot ship ANY cosmetics to Europe. We are greatly saddened by this as we have many loyal customers in these countries. Please contact us if you have any questions. If you buy these items, we will not ship them.

Please understand, S&H charges will most likely be higher (even to Canada). We try to list all of our shipping charges in our listings including Global Priority mail. Please understand, the USPS does not ship Global Priority to some countries, this is beyond our control. Also, if you do not see your country listed, please e-mail us for a quote prior to bidding.

Our Priority Mailing charges or "all you can stuff" envelops are $13 for a 9 x 12 inch envelope.

The insurance prices are the same as quoted for US buyers (starting at $1.65 for up to $100 of coverage).

Please note: the buyer is responsible for the applicable import duty and local tax, if any. If you have any questions, please verify with your customs before your purchase. We will NOT mark as gifts.

Shipping & Handling

Prices quoted in auctions are by USPS 1st class mail unless otherwise noted. All US packages are sent with delivery confirmation. We are happy to insure products, send Priority Mail on request, and at the buyers expense. If postal insurance is NOT purchased, we will not be held responsible for items lost or broken in the mail! We ship out as soon as possible, usually the day after payment is received. Please see out feedback as proof of this!! We will send you an e-mail when your item is shipped so you know it is on the way!

Please e-mail for a combo S&H quote. In order to take advantage of this reduced rate we ask you make only ONE combined payment, be it money order or PayPal. To make this easier, we will send you a PayPal invoice with combined S&H included.

Returns:

We use a full spectrum light bulb to take our pictures so the color is as true as possible. Because computer monitor colors vary, if you are unfamiliar with the color, please consult your cosmetic counter.

We guarantee our products are what they are stated to be, authentic Clinique, Estee Lauder, Lancome, etc. We will only accept returns if we have made a mistake in the item description which misrepresents the product, and the item is still in it's new/unused condition. In cases which a return is accepted, only item price will be refunded, NOT S&H charges. But, if you receive your item and are unhappy, please let us know. We will see if there is something which can be done.
