How do I purchase an item? To purchase an item on eBay you either 1) need to bid on the item within an auction setting (and win the auction with the highest bid) or 2) click on the "Buy It Now" button in a fixed price setting. You will then be notified within 24 hours via email with instructions onhow to complete the transaction.
What is your Shipping Policy? Buyer to pay for shipping and insurance. Please allow 7 to 10 days for shipment. We will ship as soon as possible. All of our items are professionally packed.Insurance should also be included if desired. We make every effort to make sure that every item is well packed and that our customers are pleased with their purchase. From time to time though, packages have arrived crushed. I would highly recommend that you purchase the insurance on fragile items as we will not be responsible for lost or damaged items that are not insured. If you find any defective merchandise, please return it within 14 days. The item must be in the the original box with all the original internal packing, certificates, etc and in the condition it was shipped. On receipt of the item, we will be glad to replace and reship it.
