ProLine Pre-Owned Return Policy:
Returns can be made on items within 15 days of delivery, provided
it has not been used in any way. The returned merchandise will
be eligible for our Money Back Guarantee. Please contact us by
phone at 800-299-9755 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number prior to returning any items. If you have had the
item your possession for more than 15 days, or if it has been used
in any way, the return option is no longer valid. The return must
be received within 10 days of requesting the RMA number. If an
item is received more than 10 days after the RMA was issued, the
item may be returned to you at your expense. ProLine Pre-Owned
is operated by Callaway Golf Interactive, a Texas corporation.
Orders from ProLine Pre-Owned do not include a warranty and are
not eligible for the Callaway Golf Pre-Owned 90-Day Buy-Back program.
'As Is' Condition:
All auction items are represented in "AS IS" condition and are subject to the standard ProLine Pre-Owned return policy which is stated above.
Headcovers:
Headcovers ARE NOT INCLUDED with any ProLine Pre-Owned auction. Headcovers that are in stock can be purchased by contacting us.
Grips:
All clubs are sold with the existing grip in "as is" condition. The condition of the grip is not guaranteed. Grips will not be replaced regardless of condition.
To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.
