Our large variety ensures that we meet the needs of most of our customers. Not only do we have a large selection to choose from, we have all of the items in stock so you can have access to the products whenever you need them. We are the biggest retailer and wholesaler of knives and swords on eBay! We offer the best bargains on eBay!

WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS AS A PAYMENT!!! If you send us Personal Check it will be destroyed, NOTHING will be shipped to you.

- cashiers checks
- direct bank-to-bank wire transfers (extra $15.00 bank fee)

SHIPPING AND HANDLING INFORMATION

All orders are shipped within 2-7 business days after payment is received. Our ground shipping goes out via USPS or UPS. Orders are usually delivered within 3-6 business days within 48 US states, after we have shipped them out.
Sorry, but we do not allow pick-ups or COD.

We ship all over the world - WORLDWIDE! HI, AK, PR, GU and International customers, please inquire for an additional shipping surcharges before you make your bid, win or checkout. Please keep in mind that we do not ship to P.O. Box, APO or FPO addresses.

WE ONLY SHIP AFTER YOUR PAYMENT HAS BEEN CLEARED.

Insurance on postage is optional and must be requested. The cost of insurance is additional.

WE WILL COMBINE SHIPPING!
If you win more than one item (or want to buy multiple items), you will have to pay a full shipping charge for the item with the highest shipping price, then take 30% off from the shipping charge for each additional item. However, in order to get this discount, you will have to make ONE (single) lump sum payment for all items, not separate payments! You must request your final invoice before paying, not after. As soon, as you made a separate, incorrect or wrong payment, you shipping discount for the entire transaction will be VOID (refer to PayPal fees for sellers). 48 US states only. Please, inquire about international combined shipping charges before bidding. Note, that some of our items cannot be combined for discounted sh/h (check that item description for this information).

RETURN / REFUND POLICY

At PRONTOTECK, all sales are final; however, you can exchange only within 3 days if the item is defective or you have received the wrong item. No exchanges will be accepted after 3 days. We must receive your exchange request within 3 days from the date you received your items.

There are a few exceptions to the return policy:
To initiate an exchange:
You must contact us via e-mail or call us as soon as possible. Please have your item number ready. Without your item number your return cannot be processed.

If you want a replacement for a damaged item or wrong item shipped, please let us know. We will send a replacement upon receiving the defective or wrong item. Damaged goods upon delivery must have a claim filed with the shipping company.

If refund is desired, instead of replacement, follow all the steps above. After the item is received in the original condition it has been sent to you, we will be happy to issue a refund, MINUS original sh/h charge (which is never refundable) and minus 15% re-stocking charge. No exceptions.
