| Self Publishes Comic Book! I thought I'd put a plug in for a comic that I published. It came out in the Fall of 2002. The site is not much to look at, but it's slowly taking shape. Stop by if you can and stay a while. If you're thinking about publishing your own comic then this is a great site for you. www.SpilledMilk.com |
Collecting Comics Since 1991 Contrary to popular belief, I don't own a store. I've been collecting comics for a while and thought that eBay would be a great place for me to try to sell some of my collection. Most comic stores might give you half of the Wizard book value and then jack the price up to well over Wizard's price. You know it. I know it. This is a great place to let everybody decide what something is worth. I hope all the buyers out there are honest and trustworthy. I've had good luck buying on eBay, I hope I have the same luck in selling. eBay Member Since: October 31, 1997 |

| As a
Seller... Postage & Insurance - If you win, the postage is completely negotiable (except for the fact that you're paying for it). I suggest Priority Mail only because it's the quickest way to send the item to you without paying an outrageous shipping charge. Also it makes it easier for me, because I don't have to stand in the long lines at the Post Office. If you request First Class postage then I'll have to stand in line. Granted, it's a pain in the butt, but I'll do it. As a result, your item may take a little longer. If your item is over $15.00 I like to insure the item or if you win multiple items which total over $15.00. Insurance also means I'll have to stand in line. I'll do it, but I won't like it. Communication - I'll notify you when you win, when I receive payment, and when your item is shipped. I will attempt to stay in contact the whole way through barring random server failures and such. Most of my e-mail is generated from my database so they may come across pretty dry, but hopefully to the point. I'm pretty patient, but hopefully if you take a vacation you'll let me know (or you'll send your payment before you leave) before I cancel your item. If e-mail somehow goes down, please don't worry, I'm not going anywhere. If you're the impatient type then you can send your check or money order along with the item number(s) you won to the following address:
Once communications resume then you will be ahead of the game. Shipment - How fast will you receive your item? --
Pretty fast. I check the PO Box on Monday and Friday (and sometimes on Wednesday).
If you've sent a money order, then I'll send your item the next time I check the PO
Box. If you've sent a check, then I have to wait for it to clear (10 days) and it
will go out with the next batch of stuff. Feedback - This is extremely important to me. I feel that as a seller you should give feedback when the buyer's check clears. Now that's a perfect world. I give a bidder feedback when I ship the item. Even if you've purchased from me before, you will get more feedback. I would hope that when you receive the item you will leave me feedback. I hope that the item arrives safely, but if it doesn't please let me know and I will attempt to fix the problem. If you notice that I haven't left you feedback then please let me know. Don't think you're bothering me or whining, because it shouldn't come across that way. I will definitely annoy you (or at least my database will) until I see some feedback. They are gentle reminders, because I know that whenever you really want to use eBay the servers are down. Murphy's Law. We all have to live with it. As you can see, it's all about feedback. |
