Domestic Shipments to the United States
For all domestic orders we guarantee that our items will arrive in good condition as stated in the auctions listing. Packages are mailed in one or two business days through the United States Post Office first class or Priority Mail. Perfumes are sent ground to comply with USPS postal regulations. All packages are sent with a "Delivery Confirmation" number. If an item is taking longer than normal to arrive, we will send you the delivery confirmation number which can be checked on line for shipment status. If the USPS website shows that a package was delivered we assume that it is so. If ever an item is sent that is damaged in transit or does not meet the description in the listing, we will provide a full refund for payment made including shipping and will pay for the item to be shipped back to us. We reserve the right to refuse returns on merchandise that arrives in good condition and is accurately described in auctions listing.

Payments
We accept PayPal and can usually ship your item within 24 hours of payment as we make daily trips to the Post Office. (Excluding Sundays and Holidays) We ship product to the address included with payment. For PayPal that would be the confirmed address or an address you write in the note section when payment is made.

Payment is as easy as following the instructions in the auctions listing.

Payments must be made in ten days time. We follow eBay's rules and guidelines for reporting non-paying bidders.


International Shipping for our Ebay Listings
We ship to Canada, Australia, Western Europe, APOs and other select countries. Please contact us for a shipping quote before ordering if it is not stated in the items listing. We can not send International orders for the same rate as sending U.S. Orders. We will not send out an International order until a complete payment is made for shipping costs and ask that any payments sent include the extra amount to cover International shipping costs. We only accept payments in U.S. Dollars. Items can be purchased easily through PayPal. All items sent are identified on a customs form which is marked “merchandise” and contents true value is noted. We do not have control over customs in your native country; therefore, it is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure items ordered will pass through their customs. It is also the buyer’s responsibility to pay any import duties or fees if their country charges them. These fees are more likely when more than one or two items are sent. We do not know if these fees will be charged on any particular order. In all cases it is the buyers responsibility to clear their items through customs. We keep a postal receipt as proof the shipment was made and will send a photo copy upon request. Please note most international shipments take 4 to 10 business days to arrive. Shipping times can take longer due to holidays and customs workloads.

We use your email address to reply to mail. If you write us and expect an answer please insure that your Junk or Bulk Email settings are set correctly. Often times we respond to email and it is never read because it ends up in one of these folders.
